Olia is a great host – proactive, friendly, and always ready to help. Even if you already have a plan for your visit, I’d recommend discussing it with her first – she has tons of great advice, pro tips, and local recommendations. There are also three super cute dogs in the house, which makes the stay even better. If you’re looking for a place literally on the beach, this is a real gem!

Very nice and nice place to stay

A little paradise! Peaceful place, very well maintained, refreshing, pretty. The cottage is very nice and decorated with taste. The bedding is top notch. The pool is beautiful. The park is beautiful Giulio and Mariangela are adorable and very responsive to our requests. We loved our stay and being able to swim after a hectic day in Rome or elsewhere. (despite the steep slope and stairs to the pool!) Come, you won't be disappointed!
