Andrea was an excellent host! Right off the bat he was so accommodating and welcoming from booking to check-out. The location is wonderful and the apartment is exactly as pictured. He welcomed us to the apartment at check-in and provided recommendations for food and other services in the area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Great place near the beach and main strip of restaurants and night market

Very clean and stylishly furnished apartment, as shown in the pictures. Parking is possible on the street in front of the house. Very nice and super accessible landlady. We are very grateful that the booking worked out spontaneously and very satisfied with the stay.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. We had 2 nights here before our cruise. We loved the peaceful surroundings while we got over our jetlag. Having the balcony to relax on with the most amazing view was just what we needed. Lots of great places to walk around and explore. Laura and her husband where amazing hosts. Very responsive and very smooth check in and check out process. The apartment was ideal for our family of six and our car. There is a cafe, a pizza place, a supermarket and more walking distance from the location. everything was clean, different options for coffee (Nescafé machine and a mokka pot). would definitely recommend for families.

The apartment is very well distributed and is easily and quickly accessed from both entrances. The large garden is also great as parking. We used the gas stove until January - it worked great and was reliable. Comfortable apartment, we will gladly return thisyear.

We chose Lucia’s apartment for our last night of a 5 week Italian tour because it’s only 30 minutes to FCO airport. As soon as we arrived and saw the beautiful surroundings and met Lucia, we immediately wished we could extend the trip and stay for a few days. Lucia was the most welcoming and kind person that we probably ever met! We had an amazing conversation and felt as if we’d known each other for years. The home is from the 1600s and is part of a larger beautiful farmhouse. The apartment is equipped with everything needed and has plenty of room and very comfortable. The area nearby is peaceful beyond belief, very rustic pastureland and rolling hills. The lake is also about 15 minutes away and is also stunning. I hope you are also lucky enough to meet Lucia and stay at her home.

The view and the hosts are the stars. It’s the perfect combination. You’re not just near the Trevi Fountain—you’re right on it. We sat in the windows above one of the most iconic spots in the world, watching the crowds and the chaos from our own quiet perch. At night, when things calmed down, we’d walk down and have the fountain almost to ourselves. I’ve stayed in hundreds of Airbnbs, and this one stands out. Some places you just sleep. This one gives you a memory. The apartment is spotless, quiet, and beautifully designed. The fabric wallpaper gives it a cozy, elegant feel. There were snacks waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a nice welcome. And the host? Absolutely top-tier. My parents accidentally left a passport behind, and he personally met us to return it—so we didn’t miss our Vatican tour. That kind of kindness is rare. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, book it. It’s one of those stays you’ll talk about for years.

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. This cute, clean apartment is in a great location, with everything I'd ever want and need readily accessible. Train station, beach, Rome!!!, groceries, open market, night life, day life, it's all right here in a friendly, safe, clean environment. The host is very helpful and responsive, no problems at all!

The nicest place I’ve ever stayed

Alex's apartment is extremely comfortable, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a nice sitting/dining room and three terraces on two levels. The photos are very accurate. To enjoy breakfast outside was a real pleasure each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and two shower rooms recently renovated. There was plenty of space for four adults. We knew the area from prior visits, and it is a little removed from the beaches of Santa Severa, being located in a typical residential zone. On-street parking was always available, and the building felt secure. For us, it was an excellent base to visit local friends and travel by train into Rome from the nearby rail station. Alex is extremely helpful and very communicative. We did not have the opportunity to meet, though she was responsive at all times. We would definitely return.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was super comfy and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Andreas place was excellent he went above and beyond with what we needed and with the instructions of how to get in and find the place aswel, Excellent location, plenty of Restaurants Cafe's and Shops in the area, The main attractions in Rome was about 20 to 25 mins away which we didn't mind because you get to see more of Rome as you are walking there, we didnt need the ear pods, its not that bad with noice as a few was saying in other reviews just a few local kids milling about no trouble 😁

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.
