Our small house is located within the first walls of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, at 1250 meters above sea level within the Gran Sasso Monti della Laga Park. On the entrance floor you will find a large room featuring a large, ancient stone fireplace, as well as a comfortable, fully equipped built-in kitchen at your disposal. Particularly striking is the view from the large window (from which our B&B takes its name) over the valley, as well as the striking view of the ancient roof tiles facing the splendid Rocca di Calascio. Connected by a wooden staircase, we find the fully furnished double bedroom and bathroom. The use of materials, furnishings, as well as the colors, used in the recent renovation, are designed to try to keep the atmosphere that you breathe intact as much as possible, still today in living in an ancient medieval village, ranked among the most beautiful in Italy. In the cozy, independent chalet surrounded by greenery, you can appreciate the relaxation and tranquility of a familiar and serene environment. 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes by car from the center of Rome, 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport. Supermarkets, shops, bars, excellent restaurants and a large equipped park nearby, a few meters from the sports center with swimming pool and spa. My family and I live nearby, but the house is totally independent. Check-in is possible after 4 p.m.

Wood Cottage

The Cottage is made of both wood and traditional cement with stucco siding. It is tucked into the wood by the stream at the end of the property. It features a large central room with exposed beams, working wood-burning fireplace, ample living area, galley kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and one bath with a shower. The wooden fence delimits the area for exclusive use. Then there is the garden of over two hectares with the natural swimming pool available to our guests. We have two dogs.

Camera degli ospiti è molto accogliente, con delle lucette, telo trasparente, specchi, porta scorrevole. Senza la serratura!!lontana dalle altre stanze perciò rimane isolata, attaccata alla sala da pranzo e cucina e alla porta verso il giardino , posto rilassante,letto matrimoniale e divano a triangolo, dove può dormire un bambino o una persona non molto alta. Se la finestra rimane chiusa non si sente il rumore del aereo. Ci sono tre cani molto simpatici e amichevoli : lab e due carline

Scaccia pensieri

The B&B "Scaccia pensieri" is located in a small village in one of the Abruzzo municipalities belonging to the Borghi d 'Italia Association. The property offers a nice environment and has a small functional pizzeria place complete with a pizza rack, wood-fired oven, and a kitchen equipped with all the utensils to enjoy culinary activities.
