Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.

I trädgården hittar man också färska kryddor, jordgubbar, smultron och annat smått och gott sommartid. Vi flyttade in sent 2020 varför vi törs påstå att boendet motsvarar de allra flesta förväntningar man kan ha på ett nybyggt hus.

Wonderful home and a great host! The home is very neat, big and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, cosy living room and plenty of space for our group to sleep. The view over the lake is amazing. About 100 meters up the hill behind the house there is a public fire-pit with shelter, which is free to use. Johanna also had a (nearby) optional BBQ hut at the lakeside available for a reasonable fee. You can make beautiful hikes in the area and the nearest (small) supermarket is only 10 minutes away. Johanna really is a great host. She is very helpful with everything. She knows the area well and gave us plenty of suggestions for things to do or go to. She also arranged a traditional Swedish Fika for us, which was a great experience too. There are plenty of winter-activities to do in the area, like dogsledding, snow-scooter tours, skiing, etc. All within 30 minutes by car.

Een grote, nette ruimte met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Sofia en haar familie zijn heel aardig en Sofia reageert steeds heel snel. Parkeren voor de deur. Fijne bedden, een goede douche en een volledig ingerichte keuken. Veel ruimte om eigen spullen kwijt te kunnen. Onze dochter kon fijn buiten spelen. Leuk dat we een kijkje mochten nemen bij de koeien. Met de auto ben je in een kwartier in Östersund.

Ett mycket trevligt boende som varmt kan rekommenderas både för vinter och sommarboende. Stor lägenhet i husets bottenvåning, stora rum för social samvaro samt välutrustade kök. Två lyxigt inredda badrum. I ett av badrummen finns tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Fina omgivningar och endast 30 minuters bilresa till Åre. Mycket lätt att få kontakt med Henrik, värden. Boendet passar bra för alla generationer och kan verkligen rekommenderas! Hit vill vi åka tillbaka för att uppleva Åre och husets fina omgivningar på sommaren!

We hebben 5 nachten in de woning van Elin doorgebracht en we hebben een fijne tijd gehad. De aanbouw aan de achterzijde is uitnodigend en je kan er heerlijk zitten om bijvoorbeeld een spel te spelen, te tekenen of te eten. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers met allemaal tweepersoonsbedden. Twee slaapkamers bevinden zich beneden, waar ook een extra badkamer en wc is. Ook staan hier de wasmachine en droger. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Het huis is schoon, netjes en super gezellig ingericht. We komen graag nog eens terug.
