Downstairs, there is a large hall, bathroom, open plan: living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Ski storage, parking included. Large balcony and green area nearby. 17 km to Åre. 4 km to Undersåker. Close to Edsåsdalen, Trillevallen, Vålådalen Only for guests over 25 years of age. Duvets, pillows are included but bedding and towels must be brought!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Newly renovated summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. There is proximity to mountains, forests and lakes. There are many cozy destinations to explore. On the farm, there are also cows, a horse and a cat. In the summer, there are cozy cafes to visit within walking or cycling distance. Nice swimming areas, fishing waters, berries and mushroom forests are nearby. We provide quilts & pillows. Bed linen is brought by the guest or rented from us for SEK 60/set

Perfect for relaxation, fishing and nature. Own boat included, the water is known for good fishing. Completely secluded location without neighbors, but only 25 minutes from Åre. Cozy and rustic cottage with the lake as your closest neighbor – ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the silence. With a chemical toilet, no running water. There is a large jug of water. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Annex at Stallbackens Gård

Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.
