Welcome to our newly renovated and family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here you live quietly and close to nature with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the farm there are cows, horses and cats, which are usually appreciated by both children and adults. In summer, there are cozy cafes within walking or cycling distance as well as nice swimming areas, fishing waters and forests rich in berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens are included or can be rented for SEK 60/set.

Cabin along Fiskevägen in Krokoms Municipality

Carefully renovated timber cottage from the 1850s, with views and ski trails among lakes, forests and meadows. Within 15 km there is a gas station, kiosk, recycling station, pizzeria/Thai restaurant, grocery store, health center, hairdresser, dentist, car repair shop. 20 km to the slalom slope for children in Almåsa and 40 km to the larger slalom slope in Åkersjön with a popular mountain hotel. Starting outside the cottage, there is a sledding hill and ski tracks of various lengths. December 4-7, Biathlon and Jamtli Christmas market in Östersund, 45 minutes south.

Modern & cozy vacation home with all the amenities and a little luxury needed for a pleasant stay. Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Paradise at Kallsjöen

Rislägden in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the campfire, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is right outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting grounds in the hills and mountains around. Amazing views of the lake and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city center. Possibility for cross-country skiing in the illuminated track, swimming pool and Curling hall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Fresh villa of 143 square meters

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. There is sleeping space for 4-5 people with room for more. With a soccer goal, countless soccer balls, a trampoline and a hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most of the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other goodies in summer. We moved in late 2020, which is why we dare to say that the accommodation meets the vast majority of expectations you can have for a newly built house.

The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Peaceful campsite by the river with its own dock

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. Living a somewhat simple life for a while without having to give up all the comforts, for that matter. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. The bed will be made up when you arrive. A warm welcome!

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

The cottage paradise with sauna and barbecue!

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Cozy cottage in wonderful Jämtland

In the middle of beautiful Jämtland, you will find this cozy cottage in a beautiful landscape. This cottage of about 50 sqm has what you can wish for and need for a vacation or relaxation. Light a fire in the lovely stove and play a fun game. The surroundings offer skiing both downhill and cross-country, hiking and snowmobiling. Only 5 km away, you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country trails. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views and bird towers are nearby.

Guests note the peace and quiet and the babbling stream that runs alongside the cabin, creating a soothing sound. Something that most of our guests appreciate and mention is the view of the lake and mountains and the proximity to the beach. Cottage is located on our property with nice location 15 min drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed. Private kitchen, shower/toilet. Floor heating. Parking in our driveway.
