Grocery store (ICA), gas station (OKQ8), café is located in the village of Mörsil.

Relax in this unique and quiet home located only 15 min from Östersund and 25 min from Åre/Östersund airport. 1h drive to Åre or Bydalen. The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Linen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Firewood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. You have access to everything. 15 minutes by bus number 6 into the central station. On the way there you will pass by Jamtli and Ica Maxi. Ski stadium is 4km away. Across the street is a forest area. Nice ski tracks in the winter. Idyll to have a walk in summer. Our hot tub may be used. During the period June until September, it can be found. For 4 people. Sauna for relaxation. Or why not just light a fire? The trampoline for the active children is also welcome to use. Everything happens on your own risk.

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. It sleeps 4-5 people with room for more. With soccer goals, countless footballs, trampoline and hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most in the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other small and good summer time. We moved in late 2020 so we dare say that the property corresponds to the vast majority of expectations you can have on a newly built house.

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Gröna huset

Perfect accommodation for those who love animals. On the farm there are dogs, cats and over 300 wonderfully cute goats, we are happy to show you around the farm so you can meet the goats. There will be babies in the spring, so if you want to see the kids running around, Feb-May is the perfect time. But also in the summer when they go out on pasture. Nice excursion destinations to waterfalls and caves. Nice swimming area. For an additional fee, there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub.

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.
