Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Modern & cozy cottage with all amenities and some luxury needed for a pleasant stay. Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skiing - where the cabin's sauna awaits after finishing the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise tracks and excursions. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (ICA), gas station (OKQ8), café is located in the village of Mörsil.

Paradise by Kallsjöen

The rice tray in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fire pit, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is located just outside the living room window, with possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains all around. Amazing view out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12km to Järpen city center Possibility of cross country skiing in light trail, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

With soccer goals, countless footballs, trampoline and hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most in the family. We moved in late 2020 so we dare say that the property corresponds to the vast majority of expectations you can have on a newly built house.

Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.

At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.
