A winter-inhabitable cottage built completely new in a traditional log cabin frame in 2019. In the cottage, you can relax in a hotel-level bed while watching the fireplace. The small kitchen is well equipped. The wonderful sauna heats up at the touch of a button. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of Suomutunturi, approx. 145 km from Rovaniemi airport. In addition to cross-country skiing and downhill skiing, the area has excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and hiking, even in the summer. The hotel rents skis and organizes excursions.

Welcome to a vacation or telecommuting in a lovely, atmospheric couple's cabin in Syötte, Pytkynharju. The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. Guest house at the Arctic Circle

Located directly on the Arctic Circle with access to the water (Kemijoki), you will stay in the annex of the main house in a 1-room apartment (23 m²) with a private bathroom. The apartment is 12 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes from the center. In summer, you can refresh yourself with a jump into the Kemijoki River. A golf course is nearby. In winter, cross-country ski trails and downhill ski slopes are just a few minutes' walk away. The outdoor sauna right by the river can be used for a fee.

The cottage is located on a large lot and offers sweeping views of the lake and dangerous landscapes. From the village you can take the castle to a stunning sandy beach. Ski trails on Suomutunturi. But you can go skiing on the lake from the yard. For the fisherman, Kemijärvi offers abundant catches. The berries are waiting for pickers right around the corner from the house.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi shore, only some steps to the water or ice. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive with no street lights.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Kemijärvi 35km, Pelkosenniemi 15 km, Savukoski 60km and Sodankylä 70 km. The nearest grocery store is in Pyhä 14 km and Pelkosenniemi 15 km. There is a lot of snow in March and April, then also the best outdoor weather.
