Nice, comfortable apartment in the middle of the city. Free parking in the yard. The apartment has fast internet and TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Everything was easy. And if it wasn't, Jenni-Maria was ready to help us find a solution.

Very cozy, functional and tidy cottage right next to the slopes and trails. The location is still very peaceful. Everything you need within walking distance.

We had a great couple of days staying at Arttu's place. The place was squeaky-clean, had everything one needs and of course we really enjoyed relaxing in the Sauna after hiking and roaming Rovaniemi all day. Arttu is a very friendly, helpful and proactive host, which made the whole experience a 11/10. Thank you Arttu, we would gladly stay here again and can absolutely recommend it.

Foremost, the host Antti is super helpful and very quick in response. Antti Even helped us in sharing general information for our internal transfers in Finland.. Absolutely beautiful studio, extremely spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was very big and clean. The sauna gets nice and hot within 30min, it’s spacious and very clean. Good instructions were given in booklet in the room. Kitchen was clean and had everything needed. The area was quiet. Clear instructions were given on how to get the key and enter the apartment.

We stayed at Jyrki’s flat during our time in Rovaniemi and it has definitely been an important factor for us to enjoy our trip here. Located right in the centre of the city and everything is within a short walk. For places that are further there are bus stations all around you. The flat was immaculately clean and new, compact but felt like home. There was clear instruction of everything inside the house. We arrived early and Jyrki very kindly offered us to store the luggage in the storage in basement. Jyrki has been very helpful throughout the stay and I highly recommend anyone travelling to Rovaniemi staying with Jyrki.

We really enjoying our stay at the apartment of Johan. Enough space, clean and everything we needed was in place. His communication was fast, clear and always ready to help. He also arranged a late check out possibility which was very helpful. Overall the apartment was a great place to have a fun week in Rovaniemi and surroundings.

The apartment was easily accessible and easy to get to the city center on foot, the services were nearby. The apartment was really clean and cozy. The equipment was good. Communicating with Johanna was smooth and she greeted us kindly. Warm recommendation for this place, we'd love to come again.

We really liked our stay here in rovaniemi. The Appartement is situated good, only a couple of minutes by foot from the city center. Communication was also good, Tuomo the host replied immediately and was available for check-in flexible. I would come again to this appartment when in rovaniemi!

I got really good instructions and Jyri and Erika responded really quickly to all contacts. The apartment was very clean and cozy and quiet. The bed was so good that I fell asleep as soon as I closed my eyes🤩 and the dreams were good. The location is excellent, almost in the middle of the city. I can highly recommend.

The place was just perfect – very nicely furnished and with a lot of love for detail, you feel right at home. Everything was super clean and tidy. The sauna and pool were an absolute highlight. Kitchen was very well equipped! I would particularly like to highlight the communication with Kristiina: She always responded very quickly to messages and provided us with many great tips for excursions and activities in the area. The stay was pleasant all around – highly recommended! Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Staying at Jaakko's place felt like visiting a friend rather than a typical rental. His warm hospitality stood out, from offering airport pickup during peak season to personally showing us around the apartment—a rare and personal touch these days. The apartment is clean, thoughtfully equipped with all essentials, and conveniently located near the city center, with buses to Santa Claus Village available (though Uber or driving may be more practical in winter). A couple of things to note: the building has no lift, and the centrally heated apartment might feel cool to those unaccustomed to colder climates—warmer clothes inside the house are recommended. Overall, it had been a great experience with an exceptional host! 😊

Lovely stay. The place is very modern, cozy, spacious, beautiful and clean. It's not so far from the downtown (walkable) but far enough to spot the northern light just from the park on the opposite site from the house. There is also a place for campfire there. We went there one night and luckily enough to spot the northern lights there as well. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They always answered our questions quickly. They even provided us with some complimentary snacks and drinks. They are also flexible with the check-in time. We are able to check-in to the place before the stated time. Thanks a lot.

Absolutely loved our stay in Anne & Arto’s home. The hosts were lovely and accommodating with lots of good recommendations for our stay in Lapland. The house is a short walk to a well-appointed grocery store and we pulled our groceries home in a sled for dinner. Kitchen had everything needed including a dishwasher. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and saunas (there are two! An infrared and traditional Finnish). Beds were comfy and clean, and robes and slippers were provided. Location is central to anything you may want to do—reindeer farm, northern lights tours, even some museums in walkable distance to the place. Arto even went out of his way to set up a snowmobile tour for us. Absolutely no criticisms, definitely book this home for your stay in Lapland if it is available!

This place was heaven! It had all the facilities and things we hoped for a relaxing holiday. Sauna, jacuzzi. View of the lake, peace and tranquility. The first two days of our trip we were really stressed as the airport had lost our luggage but i have to say coming back to this place, really made us forget about all our problems.
