We offer accommodation in connection with our cottage on the beautiful shores of Lake Kemijärvi. The price of the accommodation includes the use of a sleeping barn, a separate kitchen cabin, a sauna and an outdoor toilet. The cottage is located 12 km from the center of Kemijärvi. The log cabin has beds for two. Electricity + heating. Well-equipped kitchen. No running water. The hosts take care of the drinking water in the kitchen. Fireplace. Washing in the sauna, the use of the sauna is agreed with the hosts. The hosts use the other buildings on the premises.

Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the old and idyllic school in its spacious upstairs apartment (k, oh, 2mh, sauna/toilet/shower, 2 hallways). The beautiful surroundings offer wonderful outdoor opportunities - the ski trail to the nearby hills starts from the yard, the adjacent lake allows ice fishing, in the summer you can hike and pick berries in the nearby hills, a rowing boat is waiting on the school beach. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The apartment and courtyard are well suited for families with children.

The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. On the scenic Kemijoki riverbank, about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
