There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. Beautiful quiet apartment between Alster and Stadtpark. Good connection to local transport, U-Bahn Borgweg in 10 minutes (850 m) and bus in 5 minutes' walk. Walking distance to shopping: supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a beautiful, sunny balcony in the courtyard. I don't have Wi-Fi. One street further but there is a nice café (Frau Kowolik) with Wi-Fi. Free parking (public)

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!

Backhaus an der Elbe with fireplace (+ heat pump)

Quaint bakery on an enclosed, secluded property on the Elbe dyke in the biosphere reserve. The cottage is very traffic-calmed in a cul-de-sac location and can be reached via an 80 m long private path. In 70 m as the crow flies, there is a currently occupied stork nest. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters away. Two bicycles are available, free of cost.
