The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

The detached guest house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac - ideal for couples with pet(s) or smaller families with child(ren) and dog(s). With a modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room – so the accommodation is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.

This pretty spot of earth is located between Lübeck and Kiel - in the middle of beautiful Holstein Switzerland - and is also just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. The home is a two-storey garden home in the Wandsbek district. It stands in a quiet, wonderfully maintained, flowery garden and has been lovingly and detailed renovated. The property is located on a quiet side street with ample parking options. The city center is easily accessible by public transport (bus + train).
