You can enjoy a real large TV, (incl. BluRay-Player etc.) Internet and a cosy fire place. Dive into nature below old oak and ash trees, wake up with happy bird chirp and watch hare, pheasants and deer walk by the huge glass doors in front of the kitchen and living room.

Romantic loft for individual holidays on the Baltic Sea. In the heart of Lütjenburg, not far from the Hohwachter Bay, various beaches (5-7 km) invite you to swim. Old beams, truss, raw plaster. Original masonry & old planks. The house is raw and original, not dead renovated. Crumbs fall from the ceiling and the cracks provide fresh air. The loft is anything but uncomfortable. It has style. You can expect 29 m² of living space in the 100-year-old half-timbered house.

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, with 6 beds and an extra mattress. The open-plan kitchen invites you to cater for yourself, and the spacious full bathroom provides the necessary comfort. Bed linen, towels and a washing machine are also at your disposal. Many beautiful lakes, swimming areas and bike paths are very close and the pretty towns of Malente, Plön, Eutin or Lütjenburg can be reached in 10-20 minutes by car. It is 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea and you are at the beautiful beaches of Hohwachter Bay.
