Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

We offer you a small apartment in a detached house with private entrance, mini kitchen and shower room with washing machine. The apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. A bicycle is available free of charge on request. Wi-Fi and TV are available, parking is available right in front of the house, quiet residential area. "Dien Uttied" steht für die besondere Auszeit in der Natur, fernab von Alltagsstress und Stadtlärm. In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Construction trailer Hoppetosse Baltic Sea view

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Tiny House "DER WALDWAGEN"

Sleeping in the middle of the forest is a dream for many. Here it becomes reality! On the edge of a romantic forest clearing, this ecologically developed forest car is immersed in nature and waiting for your visit. The house and driveway are far enough away to be all alone here. The cozy furnished car with wood-burning stove, kitchen, dining area and bed can accommodate 2 adults and up to two children. Let the tranquility of the forest work on you! Very comfortable, especially in winter.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Overnight stay on the alpaca pasture! We would like to invite you to relax with us in the Moorhus, to stay overnight and enjoy the tranquility. The small construction trailer has a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 people and a separate bathroom including shower with warm water. On the outdoor terrace you can enjoy your breakfast and relax in the evening by the campfire. The surrounding area is very popular with cyclists, canoeists and hikers.
