Small cottage with private fenced plot in Höllviken and its own parking area. 1 room with kitchenette and toilet with shower. There is a bunk bed 120 & 90 cm as well as a single bed with an extra bed in it. Totally 4-5 beds. Close to everything both restaurants, grocery store, shops, bus & beaches. Beach about 1.5 km from the cottage. If you have the opportunity to rent more days in July, send a message. Cleaning on departure is not included. Guests can choose to clean themselves or buy cleaning for SEK 500. Notify the host well in advance then.

Guest house near the ocean

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Within walking distance of Kämpingestranden is this modern guest house of approx. 30 sqm. Stylishly decorated with plenty of light through the large sliding windows. The house has a sleeping loft with a double bed (160x200), a small kitchen and living room with a sofa bed (140x200) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The private patio in the lush garden has tables and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a good dinner on a summer's evening. Own WiFi, air conditioning and parking in carport (maximum height 2m).

Nybyggd stuga i Höllviken endast 50 meter från Kämpingestranden, längst stranden finner ni också en badbrygga & restaurang Strandtugg. Enbart 400 meter bort ligger Kämpinge glasskiosk & minigolf. Med en kort cykeltur är ni nere i byn, här finns restauranger, matbutiker, shoppinggalleria, bio & förbindelser till Malmö. Stugan har hög standard, välutrustat kök, WC, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Bäddsoffa 140cm för 1-2 personer, sovloft med dubbelsäng 180cm. Egen p-plats, ingång & avskilt läge.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

Welcome to the lovely neighbourhood of Ljunghusen. When staying with us beaches, golf courts, nature life as well as city of Malmö and Copenhagen is just around the corner. This house fits perfectly for the vacation stay with all necessary facilities at hand and a great location for all the best spots in Ljunghusen. The house can conveniently accommodate a family. The side on ground floor as well as the queen size bed on 2nd floor is well spaced for in total 4 persons.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to beach, shopping and Höllviken's restaurant offerings. This newly built attic with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with stove, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, work corner with desk, double bed and mattress on the sleeping loft and the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.
