A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a short walk to the beach or the forest! There are good shops and a small kitchenette to make your own food. If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. There are large social areas both inside and outside. Outdoor pool and boules court in a cozy forest environment near Kämpingestranden. There is a double bed, a sofa bed that sleeps two adults, a single bed and a crib. If there are more of you, it's perfectly okay to bring your own sleeping place, there's plenty of room for it. However, a maximum of 8 people. Cleaning must be purchased. Bed linens and towels for pool/shower/kitchen are not included.

Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

Located in the family friendly town of Höllviken, it is just a short walk to pubs, restaurants and local shops. Nearby activities include golf, horse riding, tennis, walking paths, birdwatching, a viking village and Falsterbo International Horse Show. Local buses, a 3 minute walk away, take you to Skanör/Falsterbo and also North to Malmö with an easy train link to Copenhagen.
