Nybyggd stuga i Höllviken endast 50 meter från Kämpingestranden, längst stranden finner ni också en badbrygga & restaurang Strandtugg. Enbart 400 meter bort ligger Kämpinge glasskiosk & minigolf. Med en kort cykeltur är ni nere i byn, här finns restauranger, matbutiker, shoppinggalleria, bio & förbindelser till Malmö. Stugan har hög standard, välutrustat kök, WC, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Bäddsoffa 140cm för 1-2 personer, sovloft med dubbelsäng 180cm. Egen p-plats, ingång & avskilt läge.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

The appartment is renovated 2016. You have a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and a small dining table. You have also a patio outside . Access to laundry equipment. The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

Welcome to the lovely neighbourhood of Ljunghusen. When staying with us beaches, golf courts, nature life as well as city of Malmö and Copenhagen is just around the corner. This house fits perfectly for the vacation stay with all necessary facilities at hand and a great location for all the best spots in Ljunghusen. The house can conveniently accommodate a family. The side on ground floor as well as the queen size bed on 2nd floor is well spaced for in total 4 persons.

This newly built attic with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with stove, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, work corner with desk, double bed and mattress on the sleeping loft and the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.
