In a unique location is this newly renovated lake cottage with access to its own SPA with sea views! The cottage is located at Lilla Hammarsnäs2 km outside Höllviken. The area is know for its rich nature and culture. The cabin is about 30 sqm and is equipped with small kitchenette (hot plates and small oven), fridge and freezer, large dining table and a double bed and is therefore suitable for 1-2 people. Towels and bed sheets are included. SPA access is included. Cleaning is not included. Sauna is not available. Kayaks and rowboat can be rented.

Our guest house is a fully equipped year-round accommodation with both forest and sea outside the door. In the summer months, you also live next door with cows and sheep. Next door is Järavallen nature reserve with running tracks, mountain biking trail and bird watching. 1 km away is Barsebäcks golf club. 300 meters walk (of which 10 meters through the cow pasture) to swim in the sea. Nice sandy beach with swimming jetty 4 km away. Private garden and entrance. We and our dogs live on the property next door. To get here, you need a car.

The little red cabin in the middle of the woods

Warm welcome to our little cute summer cottage in the middle of the forest on Romelåsen! Here, in the middle of nowhere, you will find a cozy and cozy place. Plenty of nature close by and nice neighbors. New bathroom and kitchen, but some renovation needs are otherwise available. In the cabin there is a double bed and a crib, and in the guest house there is a bed and a bunk bed. There is a wood fired hot tub and a large outdoor space you are welcome to use. You bring own towels and beds, and clean yourself.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

This tiny cottage fits perfectly for couples or single travellers (one pet allowed) who is looking for a cosy place with a friendly host! You will be able to sit outside to enjoy your meal or coffee. It´s a 20 minute walk to the beach, or rent bikes to explore Skanör/Falsterbo with ease. Drive to Copenhagen in 45 minutes across the Oresund bridge. Here you live secluded yet with proximity to big cities, by car it takes about 15 min to the central parts of Malmö and the train station in Västra Ingelstad is only 1.7km away where you can take the train to both Copenhagen and Malmö.
