A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Sofa bed with associated table and TV and Sonos speakers. 120 cm bed placed in a niche creates a cozy feeling! The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and combined washing machine/dryer. 200 meters from one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches and 1.5 km to Höllviken Centrum.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a short walk to the beach or the forest! There are good shops and a small kitchenette to make your own food. If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. There are large social areas both inside and outside. Outdoor pool and boules court in a cozy forest environment near Kämpingestranden. There is a double bed, a sofa bed that sleeps two adults, a single bed and a crib. If there are more of you, it's perfectly okay to bring your own sleeping place, there's plenty of room for it. However, a maximum of 8 people. Cleaning must be purchased. Bed linens and towels for pool/shower/kitchen are not included.

The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

The appartment is renovated 2016. You have a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and a small dining table. You have also a patio outside . Access to laundry equipment. The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

This newly built attic with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with stove, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, work corner with desk, double bed and mattress on the sleeping loft and the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.

Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away. The cottage is bright, modern with thoughtful details. When you get here, the beds are made and towels are included. Here you will find all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. It is very close to the marina and close to the beach.
