A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

We offer a private and peaceful accommodation on a quiet street with a cozy and lush garden with proximity to both beach, shopping and restaurants. The accommodation consists of a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a sleeping loft.

If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

A welcoming cottage with a newly refurbished kitchen, 2 fire places, 2 full bedrooms, 1 small bedroom & a fenced garden with a secluded outdoor dining area. The cottage is well located in the middle of Höllviken with less then 10 min walking distance to the beach, and about 15 minutes walk to the center with shops, grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. This is a great location to explore more of the surroundings with quick and easy access to Skanör/Falsterbo, Malmö and Copenhagen. Welcome!

The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.
