Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

Attefallshuset in Höllviken

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

Renoverat boende på 65 kvm för upp till fyra personer. Egen ingång och uteplats. Kök med matplats. Ett separat sovrum med dubbelsäng samt avgränsad sovdel med dubbelsäng i vardagsrum. Ca 20 min med bil till Hyllie - Malmö Ca 15 min med bil till Falsterbo centrum. In och utcheckningstider kan vara flexibla - kontakta så tittar vi på önskade ändringar.

Gästhuset är ett attefallshus på 30 m2 plus 10 m2 sovloft och har egen parkering, privat ingång och egen uteplats som är insynsskyddad och avskild från bostadshusets övriga trädgård. Vi erbjuder ett privat och fridfullt boende på lugn gata med mysig och lummig trädgård med närhet till både strand, shopping och restauranger. Boendet består av badrum med dusch, utrustat kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett sovloft.

När du kommer hit är sängarna bäddade och handdukar ingår. Här finns alla bekvämligheter som behövs för en trevlig vistelse. Det är mycket nära till småbåtshamnen och nära till stranden.
