Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The house offers two bedrooms on the top floor, as well as a separate pool house with two beds. It has an open kitchen and dining area and a lovely sitting room with an open fire. Ljunghusen is a peaceful area yet is close to the restaurants and stores in Skanör and Höllviken, and a 20 min drive from Malmö.
