Nice house with proximity to the beach

We hire out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

When you stay here, you will have the house to yourselves. However, some rooms are private. UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN A MAGICAL LOCATION

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step inside this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white dunes on a large nature plot by the edge of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who drew it with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Penthouse, next to Noma, with skyline view of Copenhagen 15 min to the airport, 7 min by bike to Nyhavn. You can rent bikes close by. Luxury accessories, inside bio fireplace, large teressa with bbq grill overlooking the queens palace and the marina. Sauna on the premises with access to swim in the ocean. Great for families with children and for couples a romantic getaway. Very quiet surroundings with a view to the ocean. Free inside parking. IMPORTANT…no parking outside as you will be fined!

Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Modern semi-detached house decorated in boutique style, landscaped garden, temperate saltwater pool with nearby sauna for relaxing and swimming under the pool roof both in the evening or when it rains. A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included.
