We had a wonderful, peaceful stay here. Beautiful surroundings, good showers/toilet facilities. There was a helpful chap around to give us advice and ask for anything if needed.

Really nice stay in a really nice area

Had a wonderful mini break for my 50th birthday, Andrea was lovely and on entering the yurt there was a surprise birthday card and cake. Made my day. The yurt is gorgeously decorated and cosy. Great fire pit outside which you can cook on and utensils provided. Great communal kitchen with designated yurt items so no one is without. Each yurt has its own private bathroom in a bathroom block giving you your privacy which is well appointed and the toiletries provided are lush. Would definitely return and recommend.

Such a lovely place.. apart from slight delay getting second bed (we did fine sharing first night) it was perfect. Didn’t light fire as too hot. Beautiful spot, loved the eco aspects, the touches like herb garden, and loved beach. Next time would spend more time there rather than cycling and climbing goatfell! THANKYOU

J'ai adoré l'emplacement dans la nature au milieu d'immenses arbres majestueux en ce début de printemps. La calme, les oiseaux...La yourte était spatieuse charmante et impeccable. Nous avions un très grand lit, du bois pour le poêle, un radiateur électrique et même une couverture chauffante que nous n'avons découverte que le matin. Les installations cuisine et SDB sont très chouettes, il y a tout les ustensiles dont nous avons besoin. Bravo pour ce site de glamping de luxe!

This was our second stay at Joe's Yurt and we had an absolutely incredible time. We would recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Isle of Gigha.

What an amazing place. Stunning views extremely secluded. Was a pleasure to stay there. Very rustic and a great place for the kids to explore.

I cannot speak highly enough about my beautiful stay at the magical yurt! Fay and her husband Jamie were fabulous hosts, and their property provides the perfect balance of total privacy in the yurt area as well as access to shared space in their epic relaxing garden complete with lovely animals! It was peaceful, the views and plant varieties are incredible and the space is so beautiful and healing. The relaxing seaside location is perfect for exploring Fife, Edinburgh, Stirling Castle and more - I was glad to have rented a car as it allowed me to easily explore, take day trips and shop. I loved being close to nature with the added convenience of the kitchen, toilet, shower and sauna(!) so close to the yurt. I felt at home right away and was comfortable and cozy the whole time. I was lucky to be able to book some sessions with Fay during my stay, she is an amazing healer and shamanic practitioner. If her services speak to you I recommend her 100/10! Overall a fantastic experience

It was mine and my partner’s first weekend away together and this place was absolutely amazing!! Such a lovely little yurt on a beautiful bit of land. The surrounding woods were a joy to explore and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our stay. Check-in was so easy and I really appreciated the privacy we were given our entire stay. The inside was so much better than the pictures, loved the flowers and note Emily left for us. It’s the little things that made us feel really welcome and we can’t thank them enough!! We were a bit on the fence about the shower and toilet situation but it ended up being better than we expected so if you’re debating whether it’s a dealbreaker, just go for it! It’s a place we’d love to return to one day and hopefully we’ll be able to! Thanks again to such wonderful hosts!!

We had 4 nights in the yurt and loved the peaceful location and birdsong. The yurt was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the information provided for some local walks and enjoyed some excellent dining without having to drive far. Thank you Fiona and Paul for a lovely experience, definitely one we would repeat.

A Magical Countryside Escape We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful Mongolian-style yurt! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The yurt itself was incredibly cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the comforts we could ask for—including a wood-burning stove that kept us warm and added such a lovely ambiance. The outdoor space was equally amazing, with a firepit surrounded by rustic chairs, fairy lights above, and open views of the peaceful fields (complete with cows grazing in the distance!). We spent our evenings sipping drinks by the fire as the sun set—it was truly picture-perfect. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful break from the everyday, this place is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We love Ulva and keep coming back! Andy and Yvette are lovely and super helpful, and the yurt’s are cosy and thoughtfully laid out. A special place, and we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time, such a quiet and peaceful area to stay. You can really detach from day to day life, embrace the nature and take in the views. All very clean and well looked after. Michael has done a great job building the yurt and surrounding structures, all very practical. Easy to bring baggage up using the wheel barrow with a very short walk up. We’ll he back. Thanks.

The yurt is the perfect place to stay for a mini break in North Wales. It's incredibly cozy, private, comfortable, warm, has everything you would need, with an amazing view. You truly feel like you are immersed in nature! Zip World is around the corner, and it's a reasonably short drive to both hike Snowdon and explore Anglesey as we did. My sister and I had the most wonderful time, and will be recommending to everyone we can!

We had a lovely one night stay in the Yurt4Two. It has everything you could possibly need and Rachel was an excellent host. We loved the log fire, made for a very cosy yurt on the first wet night in a long time! Thank you.

Absolutely loved our stay at Wanderglen! Perfect for two people and a pup—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The views were stunning, and we had everything we needed, very responsive helpful hosts to top it all off

Just back from 3 night in the yurt together with my partner and cat and what an incredible experience this was! Randy wasn't about in person but has been very response over text when I needed instructions to find the place. Claire was on site and has been so sweet and responsive to any question I had. What a vibe this place is and we will come back for sure! Proper reset with all the beautiful surroundings, lake for a swim and kayak trip and the place to make a fire at night. We where lucky with the weather and loved every minute of it, definitely hard to leave this place! Thank you so much again and see you soon 💚

Great experience and lovely organic breakfast!

A wonderful location - a cosy and comfortable yurt in a beautiful woodland. Lots of facilities - very clean -We could have stayed for much longer! Excellent communication from Andri - super helpful and friendly - very quick to respond. We intend to return. X

A great experience with a stunning view. The Yurt was easy to find, easy parking and Torridon is a lovely community with a great feel. The Yurt was comfortable and had all the utensils required. We were blessed with a hot spell of weather, however this meant we got caught out by the Scottish midges! We’ll come prepared next time, but the local shop (open 10-4) had repellents.

The yurt was exceptional! The uninterupted views and idealic location made it the perfect relaxing stay. The yurt was cosy and had everything you could wish for. We went for a lovely walk round the farm and enjoyed time away from a busy life. Loved every minute!

The cabin and yurt accomodation was perfect for my needs with my two children, the games in the yurt kept them entertained whilst I could relax in their company. The cabin accomodation had everything we needed and didn't need anything else for our stay. For those wanting private countryside, this is ideal, you have a private garden that is not overlooked with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Local walks and attractions are on the doorstep, or you can choose to sit in the yurt whilst listening to the radio, kept warm by the burner. Very much enjoyed the stay and the kids would like to return.

great stay and a brilliant location, would definitely choose again. Another bottle of water would have been beneficial but that's it.
