The property has parking, doors to the courtyard, patio with views looking onto a beautiful fairway, and a path to the gardens, fire pit, ruins and historic canal.

Braidholm is our home on Skye. It's a 19th century building, warm and cosy. Step in from the weather and hunker down in the comfy sofa in front of a log fire. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, brick and pine flooring. All mod cons including wifi & smart TV. Quiet, peaceful and rural location. After living in many different places, I understand how important and difficult it is to find a nice, clean, spacious space that makes me feel comfortable and relax! No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck. After exploring and observing all aspects of Skye, we were fortunate to discover a unique location for it. The main characteristics of Ardtreck are：

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

You will be surrounded on all sides by fields, woods or mountains but yet be close enough to pop out for a coffee and cake at the local village or taste a wee dram at the Glengoyne whisky distillery.

Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.
