Each room is unique and most have stunning features which highlight the history of this Georgian townhouse; expect to find original oak beam ceilings, exposed brick walls, and traditional fireplaces. Some rooms have views of York Minster!

Loch Ness

Named after the most famous loch in Scotland, the Loch Ness room sleeps 4 people (1 double or twin beds and bunk beds) and offers and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).

The Sandbeck, Lealholm

A beautiful double room with a big bay window and seating area. The room offers views across the beach and the piers. The 1st floor room comes with either a super king double bed or two single beds, it also has a separate shower room and a separate toilet room. The big Victorian bay windows are a great place to relax whether summer or winter, sip a drink and watch the world go by or just people watch. A continental breakfast is offered
