Gemma’s house was in an ideal location- easy to get to beaches and local attractions. Convenient for shops - Aldi,Lidl and a brilliant SuperValu. Walking distance to great pubs/restaurants- Bridge Inn and McClaffertys The house itself was spacious, 3 good sized bedrooms. Well equipped for cooking ( not that we did a lot 🙈) and generous amounts of teabags, coffee left as well as cleaning supplies. Gemma is an excellent host and Lisa who lives locally is a gem

We had a perfect stay in Jane’s flat. It was a great base for exploring Lancaster and conveniently located close to the train station (a 5 min walk). The flat was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two adults and two children under 5. We really appreciated the welcoming touches (croissants, homemade jam!) and family friendliness (basket of toys, books, binoculars for watching the garden birds). Despite being on a main road, the flat is very quiet and peaceful. Although you can’t access the garden, we’d recommend Storey Gardens across the road which is a beautiful green space for kids to play or to have a picnic. The cafe right next door, Tuck, has great coffee, fancy pastries and delicious food - we popped in every day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we visit Lancaster.

Kate's place was perfect - great location right in town, and immaculately clean. It was well equipped and really comfortable, and Kate was great to communicate with - highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful scenery out of the living room windows. Very busy in the area due to the restaurant below (which was very good!) but totally quiet at night. Washing machine was the best that we used on our 9 day trip. Would stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Ambleside. The ongoing updates and instructions were really appreciated and a great help. You couldn't get a more central base and even though slightly noisy later on in the evening the music stopped as if instructed to do so. Well worth the visit and hopefully sooner rather than later we'll return for another vist.

Great accommodation and fantastic location. The house is situated in a very quiet development which is lovely and a quick 5 minutes walk into the town centre. The information I received from Alison made the check in/out process very straight forward. I look forward to returning again soon

Excellent place to stay in Scarborough. Great location, only 5 minutes from the beach. The house was lovely and the beds were so comfy. Caroline and Jon were great hosts and were very prompt in replying to any queries. Would highly recommend, and would stay again.

A pleasant townhouse, large and well-equipped, which we would have liked to enjoy longer. A good base for discovering the great outdoors while enjoying the amenities of Kingussie.

I don't have enough good things to say about our stay at this fantastic townhouse! Our group of 6 adults was very cozy for our 5-night stay in St Andrews. The location is unbeatable as you're literally less than a five minute walk from icons of St Andrews like the Old Course, the Dunvegan, St Andrews University etc. The space was larger than we thought it would be, with plenty of space in the rooms to spread your things out for packing/re-packing. Katy was a great communicator and they even left us a nice bottle of wine! I would not hesitate to stay here again if/when I return to St Andrews.

The property was exactly as advertised. Catherine was very responsive - we had one question about the washing machine and she literally answered it within 5 minutes! We were able to walk to central Belfast very easily from the flat. Would happily stay again! Thank you!

The house was beautifully decorated, among the very best of all the places I have every stayed at. Diane was also extremely responsive. When I messaged her that we needed more towels she brought them over immediately. Excellent location - easy walking distance to everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lindsay’s place in Sligo. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous! Communications were excellent. The apartment is just a short walk to lovely shops and restaurants. Knocknarea and Strandhill are just a few miles drive. We highly recommend for your visit to Sligo and the surrounding area.

Neil was a wonderful host, fit our family of 9 very well. We had everything we needed, very convenient to the course and to restaurants!

Stayed here as we were working in the spinning fields. Good parking with no height restrictions. Perfect for what we needed

Lovely place! Spacious, modern, well-decorated, with gorgeous yard. Jo was gracious and accommodating, with warm and personalized touches through the place. Backyard very peaceful. Great shower and bathroom. About a half hour walk from train stations. If sensitive to noise, may want earplugs since on a busier street, but we only noticed this because we had the windows open.

We had an amazing stay here. The accommodation was exactly as described, with all of the amenities listed and more. We stayed during the heat wave and the host provided two fans which was greatly appreciated! The accommodation was clean and tidy. It was a 15 minute walk from the centre of York. The host provided a parking permit which allowed us to park right outside the property (depending on availability). Clare was great, she contacted me prior to arrival to share details and recommendations to allow me time to make bookings. Clare checked we checked in okay which was very appreciated. I can’t recommend this place enough - excellent experience!

We had a wonderful school friends’ reunion at Amanda’s place. The house was warm and clean and we had everything we needed. The biscuits and crisps on arrival were appreciated. The weather was mixed but we were able to use the lovely outdoor area for pre-dinner drinks. It was very convenient to all local amenities and we didn’t need to move the car once. It would also be a good base for exploring the Ards peninsula. Thank you Amanda.

Walking distance to city centre and amenities such as grocery store. Near river for leisurely walk. Very responsive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have.

Perfect stay at Rose’s home! All of the rooms were spacious, modern & homely. Amazing bathroom, the floating bath is a lovely touch. Has everything in the house that you would need. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit Derwent River & Buttermere. Lots of shops & restaurants/pubs nearby. Rose was responsive from start to finish & right through our stay, always giving lots of advice and how to make the most out of our visit! We will definitely return and would 100% recommend Rose’s home to anyone visiting the Lake District. Thank you again Rose, we loved every minute to celebrate my birthday.

Fantastic stay & great location! We all loved our stay. House is exactly as photos show. It was cleaned to perfection, had lots of space to relax Andalusia 4 bedrooms being en-suite was very convenient. The house is very close to great restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. Clare was a very friendly and proactive host.
