Lorna is a fantastic host, very responsive, with great attention to detail. The house is beautiful, ideally located within walking distance of Portrush and Portstewart and includes all the necessary components to instantly make you feel right at home. This was our first trip away with our 6 month old and Lorna’s house and hosting was major factor in us having a wonderful time. We can’t wait to return.

City Centre House

ErinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This listing was exactly as described and just what we needed for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable, there were several bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery shopping, the train station, and the river walk. The location could not have been more convenient for everything that we wanted to do doing our stay in Inverness and Ali was responsive and accommodating to our questions before and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed when we decided to have an evening in and make our own dinner (nothing worse than and AirBNB that sleeps 4 and has 3 plates) We would highly recommend Ali's apartment to any traveller!

Great location and beautiful scenery out of the living room windows. Very busy in the area due to the restaurant below (which was very good!) but totally quiet at night. Washing machine was the best that we used on our 9 day trip. Would stay here again!

The Cloisters

AmandaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
There are too many wonderful things to say so I’ll try to highlight a few that stood out. First of all the homemade shortbread that Alison provided was delicious and made us feel right at home. Also, the fireplace was set up for easy use and on our last day there we were freezing and soaked through. So to have a quick fire was delightful! Alison was always prompt in her responses and very helpful! Some of the best features are its walkability into town. I hadn’t realized how close it was to the town center and it was a lovely walk. The price for the listing versus what we received made this a steal! I would absolutely stay again and would recommend any of my friends and family to stay here when in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a truly beautiful place with responsive and helpful hosts. Nothing negative to say about the stay. As a warning to other travellers, try to avoid driving in the city centre. We had a rented car with GPS which kept taking us into bus only streets. We are waiting to know if we have been fined.

St Andrews. Spacious, 4 bedroom town house.

BradRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I don't have enough good things to say about our stay at this fantastic townhouse! Our group of 6 adults was very cozy for our 5-night stay in St Andrews. The location is unbeatable as you're literally less than a five minute walk from icons of St Andrews like the Old Course, the Dunvegan, St Andrews University etc. The space was larger than we thought it would be, with plenty of space in the rooms to spread your things out for packing/re-packing. Katy was a great communicator and they even left us a nice bottle of wine! I would not hesitate to stay here again if/when I return to St Andrews.

The Old Post House, Kyle

SigridRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We loved our stay at the Old Post House. The location is central and easy to find. It is close to several restaurants and a grocery store. The flat itself was cosy and charming. I felt like I was visiting a dear relative. Everything was clean and tidy. Emma and Eun left us coffee, tea and cookies. We felt immediately welcomed. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. And the flat even had its own stand-alone washing machine and dryer. This was an unexpected bonus after several days on the road. Eun and Emma communicated clearly on all points. I expecially appreciated the parking instructions since no spots were available outside when we arrived. The free lots were both just a few minutes' walk from the flat. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly stay in this location again in the future.

Super cottage within walking distance of Alnwick centre, gardens and castle. Morrisons handily a five minute walk away. Adam and Eve was a great restaurant and Carlo’s chips were yummy! The cottage was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We could live there permanently. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped. Good WiFi and handy USB charging points in bedroom. Alnwick is a great base for exploring all Northumberland’s attractions. Hidden gem was early evening at the beach at Dunstan Steads.

Had a lovely stay in cockermouth, the house was easily walkable just over the bridge to shops, cafes and restaurants. Close to the river and park, plenty space to walk the dog nearby. It was also only about 20 mins drive to Keswick but was good to get back to cockermouth which felt nice and peaceful after the crowds of Keswick. The house was clean and modern, had everything you need for a short stay really. Felt very comfortable there and no complaints. Thank you

We had a wonderful school friends’ reunion at Amanda’s place. The house was warm and clean and we had everything we needed. The biscuits and crisps on arrival were appreciated. The weather was mixed but we were able to use the lovely outdoor area for pre-dinner drinks. It was very convenient to all local amenities and we didn’t need to move the car once. It would also be a good base for exploring the Ards peninsula. Thank you Amanda.

The town house is ideally located making the trip into Belfast city very easy. The property is in a very quiet street within easy walking distance to the local shops and beach side. To the rear of the property a small stream flows giving a peaceful background noise to the back garden. The house is larger than it first appeared and spotless clean. Simon left so essentially in the kitchen for us and the kitchen has a very good coffee machine.

Liane and Frederick were great hosts. Good communication beforehand and really easy to get in and settle down. The house is really well put together, a great place to spend a few days with a whole bunch of spots to relax. The decoration and styling has been done really well and looks great. We had a bit of a hiccup with a broken washing machine but the guys were great, offering to take everything and do it themselves which is testament to their hosting. Plus we left a little something behind and they were kind enough to facilitate posting back to us. All in all a great experience 👍
