Several fine pubs are within a 5-15 minute drive, beaches are around a 20 minute drive away & many interesting sites nearby including NT & English Heritage.

A charming, light and spacious cottage; The Hay Loft offers tranquility and calm. Part of a converted Victorian byre set beside a sleepy country lane on a 14th century farm. Cozy and warm in winter, gloriously sunny in summer! There are fabulous walks on the doorstep and it is perfect for exploring 1066 country with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away. Great local pubs, lovely villages, beautiful beaches and lots to do and see. TV, WiFi, Alexa and parking. Dogs are very welcome.

Set in private grounds of 10.5 acres & shared only with the on-site owners, this Log Cabin overlooks the lower lake Bedroom 1 features a huge Emperor Size double bed (7ft x 7ft), with duck down Egyptian cotton pillows and duvet. Double doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Hypnos medium mattresses or 1 x Super King bed Includes two further fold out beds best suited for children. The pretty courtyard garden is a real suntrap, perfect for relaxing in after a day out. The flat is in a quiet residential area with free parking. The seafront is just a 15 minute walk away and St Leonard's offers a wide range of independent shops, cafe's and restaurants as well as The Kino cinema. Hastings pier and Old Town are all within walking distance.

A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Pebbles - a calm and peaceful retreat near the sea

Pebbles is a place to relax and unwind, situated in a private annexe at our home in Pett Level. You’ll be only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. Pebbles has a lounge overlooking the garden, double bedroom, wet room and a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

Dark Skies Shepherds Huts - Skylark

Set in the tranquil foothills of the South Downs, Skylark shepherds hut offers you a luxury off grid escape. Located on a beautiful organic arable farm surrounded by nature with stunning views makes for a peaceful, relaxing break. Skylark is ideal for visiting one of the many attractions near by (including Charleston House, Rathfinny Wine Estate, Firle Place and the medieval village of Alfriston), a stopover on the South Downs Way, a weekend of walking or just some time out to relax.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored.
