Heartsease is one of two extra-large (6m x 2.4m) Shepherds huts at the bottom of the owner's beautiful rural garden, overlooking miles of rolling countryside. There's a super-comfortable kingsize bed, a kitchenette, a seating/dining area and a luxury shower room. It feels like you're in the fields but there's no long walk with luggage and all mod cons eg excellent wifi. Private garden with patio, bistro set and private electric (ever ready) hot tub. Access to shared garden with BBQs and firepit.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
