Private entrance down iron staircase, self check in by lockbox. Not suitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs. Children only by supervision. Well behaved dogs allowed, please notify. This quiet, light-filled, first-floor apartment is perfect for a short and extended stay in St Leonards-on-Sea. The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious feel and plenty of light even on a rainy day. Free parking is available. The flat is situated centrally, only a 2-minute walk from the St. Warrior Square train station, close to the beach and the town's best eateries, art galleries, and junk and antique shops. Hastings is near - all you need is within walking distance.

Stunning sea view apartment

Lovely shabby chic style , first floor 1 bed apartment located on the seafront in St.Leonards on Sea. Close to local galleries , restaurants and antiques shops, recently re-opened Kino cinema that originally existed in 1920's. Hastings Pier 10 min walk from the apartment. It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.

Hastings Old Town cottage with sea views

23 Tackleway is a traditional fisherman's cottage in the heart of Hastings Old Town. The three bedroom cottage has the most amazing sea or townscape views from every room and is within minutes walking distance of the sea and all the restaurants, museums, pubs and independent shops the Old Town has to offer. The fishing fleet is launched from the beach at the end of the road and Tackleway has direct access to Hastings Country Park which has many walks and great views.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Now a cosy cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage has one very spacious bedroom accessed via the stairs, with a king-size bed with a luxury bath within the room.
