It is only a 5 minute drive from Pett Level Beach and Hastings Country Park. The private room is newly decorated and has a brand new double bed. The room includes an en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, free wifi, fresh towels, a kettle, hairdryer, tea and coffee tray and bathroom toiletries. We provide a complimentary breakfast.

A private 1 bed room with an ensuite shower room. The freshly renovated room benefits from amazing sea views which can be seen from the floor to ceiling windows. The property is situated on the seafront on the Grand Parade, so you can be on the beach in seconds. We are opposite the popular beach cafe the Goat Ledge cafe, perfect for breakfast on the beach. The room features a comfortable superking size bed, free wifi, TV, kettle, hairdryer and towels. .
