Sam was an excellent host! She caters for every need and is very warm and welcoming. The treetops has everything you need, was very clean and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Would give 10 stars if we could.

Ingram House -Georgian Farm House with Hot Tub

MichelleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden. We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend. The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

Lovely stay, really quirky and cosy interior design. Bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was good!! Really cheap pub over the road for a nice dinner, and another lovely pub with a garden just a few metres down the road. Duchess the cat was cute and kept to herself mostly! No complaints, Fab stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Stunning home, owned by interior photographer.

BeckyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and loads more for a group of two families including 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 dogs staying for a week. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces were big with plenty of furniture and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. The garden was also immaculate and very peaceful and we enjoyed the hot tub and table tennis and all the music/instruments. The village is also lovely with a handy shop and bakery and was in the perfect location for us, close to Hastings, Rye and Battle. A very special week :0)

Thatched Cottage Kent hideaway 3 Bed HotTub Haven!

OlgaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Excellent central location, A stylish cosy retreat

AlisonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

Peaceful Idyllic Stable on Romney Marsh near Rye

The few days that we spent at The Stables were fabulous. A very charming place. A yummy cake was waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Ideal. Our 4-year old loved the place, his upstairs bedroom and the many games/toys (for any age really)! In a nutshell, don’t hesitate, with the sandy beach literally 15 minutes away, this is the perfect spot! Thanks again Sally for all :)

The Parlour was immaculate in cleanliness and contained all one needed for a comfortable stay self catering . The situation of the Parlour was ideal for many local NT properties and we also loved Bewl Water and Bedgebury Pinetum both very dog friendly . I would recommend this Holiday Home to all Adults .

Saltwater Cottage - Camber Sands near Rye

LynnRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was our first time we stayed at an Airbnb and we were delighted with our choice. I travelled with my two adult daughters and husband. We all loved Dani’s place. It felt so welcoming with lovely little touches. I needed to make a quick repair to an item of clothing and there was even a needle and cotton tucked away in a drawer.. such a nice touch. Everything you need is there. Our 12 year old Cockapoo was very happy too. I would recommend Saltwater Cottage for a family stay to visit the Camber Beach and also a short drive into Rye which is well worth a visit.

Would highly recommend and definitely intend to stay again.

Beachcomber Chalet, Camber Sands (ParkDean Resort)

Lovely chalet! Spent a couple of nights here. Well equipped and comfy, clean and cosy for us and the kids. Good location for the park facilities which had lots to keep kids busy - make sure to check swimming pool times as they changed day to day during half term. We had a lovely time in rain and sun! Near the beach for a nice day on the dunes. Lyn was great at keeping in touch and with instructions - check in and out was v easy. Thank you!

Calf Shed, fully accessible farm cottage with pool

KevinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.
A heated outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace and lush greenery. Two sun loungers are positioned beside the pool, and a large tree provides shade in the background. The setting is complemented by a clear blue sky and scattered clouds.

The Wing at Pekes

ShahidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A really unique place in lovely grounds. As a family with young children the facilities made the stay for us. The Wing itself is nice full of character in terms of the architecture and decor. The place was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had the essentials. Only thing I’d say is the bathroom and kitchen could do with a simple modernisation but really nothing to worry about, everything worked fine. The family say they would return so that’s the ultimate verdict.

Plantagenet: A Historic Country Cottage with Pool

JohnRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.
