Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Gulf Breeze

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled 13 hours and felt right at home when we arrived! The whole house was roomy and beautiful. The sun room was everything! We hung out in there, where we were there. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels, had lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys and even a few fishing poles. The beaches were not too far from the house. It was quiet and our family enjoyed every inch of the home! All you really need is your clothes and the rest is provided! When we are back in the area, we would definitely book again! The host was very friendly and helpful!

John was a wonderful host!!! I would definitely stay again. The house is very nice and has everything you need. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet!! All the neighbors were very friendly and spoke passing by on their boats as well as when we passed by on ours!! They even recommended places to fish and that was very helpful.

My girlfriend and I had a terrific time at the Toucan House and we will be returning next time we find ourselves in Pensacola

We were very pleased with Morgan’s place! She was responsive throughout and everything was as expected. Loved having two king beds with comfy bedding and a quiet little neighborhood! Super easy access to area beaches and activities! Beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice bonus. 🩵💚💙

Anita Marie’s listing is just as you see it in the photos, beautiful! Very quiet area and just a short drive to beach. There were 8 of us and we had room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked to cook. Host is very responsive.

This place was amazing for my trip with my best friends and kids .. they had all the amenities we needed for our 1 year old baby we had . It was amazing clean, everything was perfect . We def would recommend it .

We came to Pensacola for the Crawfish Festival and loved our stay at Derrick and Chi's. We were able to park right in front of the apartment. There were clear instructions for everything. The place was really nicely decorated with lots of amenities. We were in walking distance of our favorite dive bar and a great breakfast place. We also were able to walk downtown for a nice meal. We never felt unsafe. The wifi, tv, and ac worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations! Host went above and beyond. I booked for my daughter while she was visiting her boyfriend. Host was super responsive to each inquiry, helped with early check in to accommodate her flight and even took her to the market and airport for her return. Thank you for your amazing hospitality! Highly recommend!

So cute! So charming! So thoughtful! The inside of Vickie's place is just adorable and she really has thought of EVERYTHING. From chip clips to a magnifying mirror to a comfy mattress topper -- the place it set up for any needs that might arise. Her location is perfect as it's about 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown and really 5-10 from whatever else you might be doing (including the Handlebar for. concert or McGuire's for some seriously good food!). It would be no hesitation to book with her again! She is considerate with her house explanations and very responsive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

My stay was awesome, very affordable, close to Pensacola Beach, lots of restaurants ect.

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to Pensacola and the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. The backyard was fantastic. So relaxing with a fire pit. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Great place!! Unique setup done very well. Wife and I stayed for a quick weekend. Had a blast, close by walk to the main Palafox st. Will definitely be back again.

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to this area. thank you Mike!!!

Accommodated our last minute booking as another rental fell through. House was located in a nice neighborhood, very very clean, and had everything needed. Host provided all information upon booking so no additional communication was needed. Definitely recommend!

Awesome place with the pool and sand. My girls loved it. The host is such an incredibly nice and welcoming host! I got a chance to meet her in person and she is the sweetest. Also a lot of kids books were there which was a nice touch for my kiddos!

Sharon’s condo was very clean and just as described on the site. She provided plenty of beach and bathroom linens plus laundry soap, washer and dryer. Had plenty of closet and drawer space to store clothes for the week. Provided some snacks, coffee and tea which were very welcoming on our arrival. I would definitely recommend her condo and would go there again.

We had an absolutely amazing week at this condo in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect home base for a week full of palaborating (our own word for relaxing, playing, and exploring), and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The view was gorgeous, and sipping coffee on the patio was a daily highlight. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and paddling. We also had a great time trying out local restaurants—so many delicious seafood spots within a short walk. And one of the unexpected highlights was catching a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game. The stadium has a great vibe, and watching a game by the water added a unique twist to the week. All in all, this condo was the perfect setting for a week of sunshine, sand, good food, and fun. We’d definitely rent it again!

This was the perfect place and location for a beach trip. The condo was cozy and we had everything we needed and stores and restaurants were a short walk or drive. It was a short drive to the beach and easy public beach access.

Marina was such a great host! From the time prior to check in, until we checked out, she was always very easy to reach. She also added an extra day on for us at a 50% off rate :) The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would happily book again!

We had a great time while we were there. The place is nice and looked just like the pictures, the bed was really comfortable which is important to us. The hosts were super responsive and got back to us within a few minutes, We will definitely stay there again.
