Townhome vacation rentals in Gulf Breeze

Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

Julie's place is awesome! I went to stay with a friend and our kids. we enjoyed the area and surrounding places.

Jades was an amazing host. The condo was well stocked, cozy space, great playroom and beds were comfortable. The beach across the street was spectacular, white sand with minimal people. It was really nice and peaceful. It made it easy to keep a close eye on our young children playing while we relaxed. We didn’t have a working washer/dryer for the first five days which was very unpleasant since we had small children and packed lightly knowing we could doing laundry. However, Jade contacted a technician right away. Even though he couldn’t get the system working, Jade offered a laundry service or to use another units washer/dryer. I did a few loads of laundry in a day and got caught up. Wasn’t convenient although, it solved our problem. Which was great. We can’t help when things break. I appreciated the quick response and helpfulness Jade offered. We would love to come back. The location was close to nearby restaurants and a coffee truck. Thank you, Victoria

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

Sabrina’s place was in a beautiful place. I enjoyed waking early and reading on the deck overlooking the key.

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We really liked the condo. There were issues with the e-lock so we ended up using keys for the stay. Donna & Karlotta (co-host) were quick to reply to any questions/concerns we had. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own pillows if you prefer softer pillows. They were too firm for us but may be perfect for someone else. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing stay and we would definitely book again!

Lou was one of the best hosts I've ever had when booking vacations on this app. He was very responsive, attentive, and always helpful with answering questions. i will be booking with him again for sure. It was a great experience, and my family had a great time. The property is exactly how it is pictured, a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Can't beat it!

My family enjoyed our stay at this downtown Pensacola townhouse. The space was extremely clean, and the location is walkable to excellent restaurants and shopping. We heard a little bit of street noise on Friday night, but otherwise it was very quiet. This is a three-story townhouse with one bedroom on the first floor, the kitchen and living area on the second floor, and a large main bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. I appreciate that cleanup was minimal and all we had to do was take out the trash. Note that the thermostat temperatures are not adjustable. (You might be able to message the property management and ask to change the temperature, though -- we didn't try.) I highly recommend this property for easy access to downtown!

When we arrived, the code she told us to use didn’t work. We called and she answered immediately and gave us another door code which worked throughout the stay. We were pleasantly surprised with the layout and decor of the condo. The beds were pristine and cozy. We LOVED the beautiful and inviting “meditation nook” ! The views were breathtaking. It had a calm peaceful feeling. She has thought of everything. Kitchen fully stocked and beach toys available. It is just a short walk to the gulf and the pool and bay are even closer. The day before we left, Shelley let us know that there was a water problem and they had it fixed within a few hours so no big deal. I appreciated her disclosure. If at all possible we will be returning!

We loved everything about this place! It was centrally located around several restaurants and stores. The beach is about 20 minutes away. The area is very quiet and we felt right at home. I definitely would stay here again. This Airbnb is very clean and spacious as well. Our host was very professional, informative, and attentive.

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay!, it was centrally located by a lot of great stores and restaurants and only 11 miles from the beach, the place was clean and spacious and we felt secure staying here, she even dropped off extra trash bags for us and I thought that was so thoughtful of her!, this will def be our go-to stay when we come back, thanks for everything Christina!, if your looking to book definitely book with her you’ll love it!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Gulf Breeze, Florida! The property was very clean, and you could tell a lot of care had been put into maintaining it. Each room had a big TV, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The home had a really cozy, homey feel, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. It’s also in a great location, close to everything—beaches, restaurants, and local attractions—making it super convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Gulf Breeze!

We had an unforgettable stay at Charles Airbnb—it was truly perfect. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. Every detail of the space was warm, inviting, and impeccably clean. The house had a natural, organic feel that made relaxing effortless. Charles was an exceptional host—accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond with anything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes from the zoo and a short drive from both Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach, giving us easy access to some of the best spots on the Gulf of America. The house was super kid-friendly, with plenty of space for everyone and a cool game room that kept the kids entertained for hours. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee in the cozy living room or coming back from a beach day to a peaceful and well-stocked space, everything was spot on. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more. Thank you, Charles, for such a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Carolyn’s place was ABSOLUTELY beautiful and was JUST as advertised in the photos! The home was cozy and very accommodating. She was also very responsive and had stellar communication!

This place was amazing. The location is wow you are literally in the backyard of the beach. The place is super clean very equipped with anything that you need. We enjoy the games it rain for a few hours. Internet was fast. Everything was stocks in the kitchen. Definitely recommended to stay here, great restaurants nearby.

Paul was great! Top notch communication even at 11pm on a Sunday night, great location if you’re looking to stay close to the beach. Not far from Orange Beach and Gulf shore as well and right off the main road with plenty of restaurants, stores and things to do.

We walked in to an entire care package on the table with everything we could need. They had an extremely well organized guest book full of resturants and activities. They provided plenty of toiletries, supplies, and even had beach towels and toys!!! Would recommend this AirBNB to all of our friends and family!!!! Thanks for an amazing experience!

So much to be said about this lovely host & her beautiful home. Any questions that I had she responded quickly (before & during our stay). This home is clean and Jackie pays attention to everything you could possibly need in her home, very much needed in today’s world. This home is in a peaceful area not far from beaches. Jackie thank you for caring it shows in your home. It was 5 of us here and the layout of the home was very spacious. So much to do with the activities she has provided. The pictures are true but the comfort is way better. We would definitely stay in her home again. We felt at home in your home. Thank you Jackie 😊

We so enjoyed our stay this year on our yearly trip to Pensacola. That was in large part due to Gabrielle’s townhouse and her thoughtfulness in providing so many little extras that truly make you feel welcome. She allows guests to use some of her doggy supplies including bowls, has a very well stocked kitchen, a provision of toilet paper, toothpaste, paper towels, certain refrigerated condiments, spices, an impressive selection of games including a multi purpose dining table as shown in pics. Nice TV’s, spacious rooms, and very friendly neighbors make this an excellent place to come to again and again! We will definitely be back!
