One of the best stays ive had. Quiet location with plenty of space. My girlfriend and i had a perfect staycation here at the pine house and would absolutely do it again.

Amber’s place was so restful. I enjoyed seeing her so much.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood, close to all of the area attractions. The layout provided guests with privacy. The home was lovingly stocked with toiletries, ice and plenty of towels and blankets. If you are coming to Navarre or Pensacola Beach I highly recommend staying here.

Jared's place was beautiful and the perfect place for a getaway! It was reasonably close to all things Pensacola and such a great price too. Thanks Jared for being such a responsive and attentive host!

My family and I felt right at home. This was a very cute home with a lovely back yard. Beth and Brian were very responsive. If I am ever back in the area, I will not hesitate to stay here.

It was a very nice stay, Very close to everything. The fish market (joe pattie's), The Museums, Grocery store, and a short drive to the beach. The children loved being able to have their own rooms and watch TV in the evenings. Also being able to get our laundry done and bring back clean clothing was awesome! The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

James and Ashley were outstanding in their communication. I have stayed at some amazing places, James and Ashley set the bar to a whole new level. They have everything you need and more, everything is thought of for your convenience. This place was extremely clean, with a big swimming pool and nicely fenced in backyard. Quick access to groceries. Easy in and out.

Great place; very beautiful. Loved the screened in porch with a beautiful view of Florida’s natural surroundings . Four deer 🦌 came to visit in the back of home- amazing. Too Quick a trip to celebrate daughter’s graduation. We will definitely be back. It was a great location for us. First time we were able to take our golden retriever on vacation . Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

Great stay, very helpful host! Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space.

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

Staying in this tiny home with Felix as our host was simply…PERFECT. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was clean, extremely private with our own little gate we could open and close. Each night the sounds of the forest soothed us until dawn when the birds would sing for us. The space has everything you need we cooked many meals and shared wine at night and coffee in the morning. I felt as a kid again in a perfect and safe neighborhood. If you have a chance to book this, please romanticize every moment. This is so underrated. One of the best places I’ve stayed in. That’s saying a lot. We travel quite a bit. Tonight I’ll dream I’m in that bed sleeping to the sounds of the crickets or rain and hopefully waking up there, hahah! This place is the REAL DEAL. 10/10.

We had previously been scammed through a different site and LUCKILY stumbled upon Dana's Gulf Breeze rental. He was so responsive and accepting of our situation, the house was a perfect fit for our families needs and had the perfect location to everything in gulf breeze/pensacola. We will definitely be looking here first when we get a chance to visit again.

Great stay on a quiet street. Very roomy and a great overall setup. Looks like the photos. Very nice neighbors. Beach only 10-12 min away. Didn’t spent much time out back but the backyard setup is really nice. Very easy check in. Hosts are super responsive and communicative. The beds were OK but were a little squeaky and didn’t seem super sturdy. Kitchen breaker was tripped when we arrived and all the appliances were out. But we found the breaker and turned it on. Seems that the Keurig was the culprit. Overall, I enjoyed the location and would stay again.

I was familiar with this home because some friends stayed there (renting all four units) earlier this year. I knew it was great and convenient so I booked it for a short trip. Adorable historic home in a location convenient to downtown and beaches. My dog loved sitting on the front porch watching cars.

The house is very nice and has all the amenities. It is very well furnished.

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.
