NO water access. The Cottage is located 5 minutes from putting your toes in the bay at Naval Live Oaks. It is 10 minutes from the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach or eating some of the Gulf Coast most delicious seafood.

This suite is just minutes from Pensacola Beach & just 2 lots from the water. You'll catch a glimpse of Pensacola Bay from your private entrance on the end of the house.
