Beachfront vacation rentals in Gulf Breeze

The cottage was exactly what I needed for a short get away. The waterfront view was absolutely amazing. Steve and Tara are very welcoming and kind! They also have some sweet pups walking around. My aussie was sad to leave one of his friends he made! The location is perfectly far away from all of the crowds, but a short drive to multiple beautiful beaches.

Such a relaxing stay. Wildlife in abundance!! Pizza/Italian with live music right around the corner.

Lenora was a wonderful host any problems with our stay were caused by us and Lenora was nothing but kind, understanding and helpful in every communication we had. the house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. There were 10 of us there for 4 nights, we never felt crowded and had a wonderful time. We are looking forward to a return trip.

There is a reason Kristal at Cobb’s Cove is a “Super host”! What a wonderful home, beautiful location, peaceful surrounding right on Santa Rosa Sound! Super clean with everything we need for an amazing get away! Kristal made sure we were taken care of and kept in contact with us! Our entire family and pups fit right in!! We enjoyed the dock at sunrise and sunset and rode the kayaks, drank wine on the large deck overlooking the Sound and watch all the wildlife! Leaving was hard!!!! It’s paradise❤️

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

First impression was great & remained great! The bottom floor was spacious with full kitchen, full bath, comfy furniture, slider that opened to porch overlooking a lake. Beautiful! Upstairs are two full bedrooms with plenty of storage. Beds were comfy w/great linens. The outside storage contains a washer/dryer & beach equipment. Definitely a 10 - the space was a lot better than some small hotel room. Very close to the dog beach, which the dogs enjoyed the beach and lake with ducks/frogs. And just a walk to the public beach. Did have a problem with the door code but the host answered back quickly. However, the issue was resolved. The area was great and felt like not on vacation. We will be rebooking!

This was my family’s first time in Florida. I looked for a long time for just the right spot to accommodate the 5 of us. This was perfect! The view was spectacular. Laura was very responsive to all of my questions and gave great recommendations for our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Her directions were clear and easy to follow. If we find ourselves back in Gulf Breeze Florida, we would stay here again. And I definitely hope we find ourselves back there. Thank you, Laura for being a a great hostess!!

Found my new favorite place to stay in Navarre. Svetlana’s place is a perfect 10/10…easy access to everything, clean & comfortable. Thank you again for another wonderful visit!

Nichole’s home is beautiful, clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with the neighbor next door, he was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. We spent so much time on the deck enjoying the beautiful view, I have hundreds of pics! Beds were super comfortable and we slept so well without any outside noise. Nichole was a gracious host, we would love to stay at her place again!

2nd trip to Pensacola and we love staying in this area where Ellie’s place is located on the island. Her place is clean and spotless and has all the beach amenities you need (my 8 year old needed a boogie board and my 3 year old needed shovel and buckets 😆). My boys enjoyed the welcome kit and loved eating breakfast every morning on the patio. We had one rainy morning but Ellie has plenty of books and games/toys to keep them both entertained. Ellie was accommodating to our requests and we can’t wait to come back again!

This was a great place to stay, within walking distance of the beach and places to eat. The host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions for our arrival, and was flexible when we decided to bring a few young family members for their first beach trip. Very clean and comfortable!

Condo was very nice and clean! The view was amazing and loved watching the dolphins in the morning.

Definitely one of my favorites airbnbs! I loved walking in the morning to get coffee downtown Pensacola. It’s an easy walk downtown with a park between so you can even walk by the water. Definitely will book here when we visit next :)

I’m missing this vacation so much! Benton’s place was perfect for a best friend get away. We had a blast. The bed was comfortable. The host was very responsive if we had questions. I can’t wait to come back!

What a great weekend at this condo! It’s super homey and very clean. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and just a short drive to all of Pensacola Beach’s amenities. Nicholas was a great host, very attentive & responsive throughout our stay. Will be returning!

It’s impossible to not have a great time there! Plenty of options for things to do. You can watch fish, sting rays, crabs, and jellyfish from the pier. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including some kitchen utensils and first aid items we forgot to bring. The beach chairs, beach umbrella, and surf board were a plus. The walk to the beach was even easier than it looked from the pictures!

This was truly a lovely little hidden gem. Access to the place is very easy, the only thing is opening and closing the gate each time to go and come from the property is a bit excessive and got tedious. The inside is quaint and the perfect size for two people. Bedding and furniture is VERY comfortable. Appliances are very new, and everything worked flawlessly. Overall our stay was amazing, and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting access to the beach, but at a quiet reserved little place.

We had a small party of women for this trip. Forrest’s condo is the extra aspect of our trip that made the vacation wonderful! We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community, especially in the condo. It was nice that the condo offers luggage carts to take luggage up/down the elevators. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn’t hear any neighbors or those still on the beach at night while I was trying to sleep. The furnishings are great quality. The access to the beach was easy. We were grateful for the chairs Forrest provided on top of the 2 offered on the beach. Nearby shops and restaurants were close enough that we walked to several. Forrest was quick to respond (mostly needed for helping me figure out how to work things like the dehumidifier lol) anytime I contacted him and always so polite. The beach was constantly full of families and couples. The atmosphere on the beach also felt safe enough that I stayed there alone a few times. Excellent time!!

The turtle spa III was a dream come true family vacation. Extremely clean and comfortable. Decor is beautiful! Proximity to the beach is priceless. The beach was very quiet during our stay. I’m not sure if that’s typical or unusual! A local fisherman showed us how to rake up sand fleas. Our children (ages 5 & 7) were captivated by this super fun activity so we ended up buying a sand flea rake and leaving it at the house for future kiddos to have some fun with too 😅! I was told by a local that the Blue Angels fly over the beach every Sunday evening. We were able to watch them fly over around 5:30 pm! Spectacular! I appreciate that the host has allowed previous guests to leave condiments/dressings/spices. It’s nice not to have to buy that all brand new only to use a little and throw away. Check out the house before going grocery shopping to see what things may already be there. We loved this air bnb stay so much, so many wonderful family memories were made. Thank you, Brigitte!

Had an amazing time down in Pensacola!! The air bnb was perfect, and had so much fun. We really enjoyed having the bikes, we did not get a rental car, so it was very easy to get around Pensacola Beach with the bikes!! Thank you again for everything!!
