We were very happy with the place. Everything was to our satisfaction. Natasha (mother) welcomed us very warmly and explained everything to us. The breakfast freshly prepared by her was also very pleasant, so we didn't have to worry about anything. We had no contact with Alexander on site, which was completely okay.

Sebastian’s place is amazingly historic with beautiful tile murals. Spacious really and bathroom is huge & gorgeous! Pretty patio with flowers and hanging vines to look out at from 2 large windows. Next to a canal and very central to shopping, church squares and restaurants. Fridge and microwave came in handy. Easy access and Sebastian was very responsive when needed. We enjoyed our stay.

An absolute must stay. A beautiful place in a perfect area with lots of stuff to do that was well worth the price. I can’t wait to come back to Amsterdam, and there’s no way I won’t be staying here. I can’t say enough about how genuinely nice and thoughtful Bettina and Driss were in every facet of our stay. 100/100

Do yourself a favor and stay here! If you want the best place in Holland, you've found it, stop looking and book it. Micha makes every detail perfect, everything was clean, the check-in was flexible and very easy, the location is quite close to the subway station and you can get downtown in less than 30 minutes. Not only the place is great, Micha is an awesome person who will help with anything you need. He tells you places that are cheaper, nicer, he know everything around, he keeps everything clean, he is the best part of the accommodation. So, for real, don't look anymore and just book because you won't find a better fit.

Very welcoming and clean place, located about a 20-minute drive from downtown Amsterdam, very satisfied with my stay.

I really enjoyed staying with Vivian, I felt at home and very welcomed. The bed was very comfortable and Vivian had everything for breakfast. It is very easily accessible by train, bus, uber not too far from the city center and very close to the airport. I will gladly come back.

amazing place in the countryside of Amsterdam. calm, peaceful and clean. 20 Min by bike ( offered free from Henk) by main train station. super recommended if you want to avoid the crowd in Amsterdam but still visit it. extra plus really good breakfast included.

The apartment is located in a calm surrounding and about 25 min from the city centers by several bus and tram connections. Bathrooms, living room and kitchen are shared with the host, Riza. There was breakfast each morning and Riza was always reachable to take questions on the flat and on what to do in Amsterdam. Of note, the sleeping situation was as described (double bed+ mattress for three guests) - personally, I would not recommend to book with a bigger group.

The place is very nice, well decorated and comfortable. We had a lovely stay. Downtown and the central train station are accessible in about thirty minutes by tram, located nearby. For people sensitive to noise, it is useful to know that we sometimes heard a child in the house in the evening and at night, which was not mentioned during our booking. Finally, although we were very well looked after, the host did not respond to our messages the day before and the day of our departure.

Wouter and Zu were fabulous hosts. They communicated with us ahead of time regarding our arrival, with clear instructions on how to get to the property. They were friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfasts were excellent! It was easy and economical to get anywhere in the city from this location via tram. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering spending time in Amsterdam.

We really enjoyed our stay at their lovely accommodation, Patrick was very welcoming and always available via messages if i had any questions. The breakfast was a nice touch. Place was tidy. Location was great. Very close to albert heijn and jumbo (3 mins walking distance) close to centraal station but still a quiet area. There are tram tracks right outside the window but you could barely hear it with the window closed. Would definitely be staying with them again given the chance.

Great stay in Landsmeer, not far from Amsterdam by transport or bike. The hosts are super nice and very accommodating. There is a supermarket 5 min walk away which is very convenient. I would recommend it!

Very good stay at Maria's, who is a welcoming and kind host. Very good breakfast in the morning. I recommend it.

Nick was friendly and helpful. Met Cherry only briefly since she had traveled and returned only toward the end of my stay. Clean room and comfortable bed. I slept well. The room had everything I needed. Location was perfect for my needs.

The studio was really nice and cozy and the location was very pleasant. By using the bikes it was very convenient to go into the city center of Amsterdam. I can recommend the studio and would always book it again.

Beautiful rooms, in a great environment. Mirjam is a great host who goes out of her way to make a lot of effort and freshly prepared breakfast. The rooms are furnished with a lot of love.
