Lots of young art, 2nd floor by steep stairs, lively street. Historic monument in the middle of the center: all attractions are around. For 2 persons only (no other guests allowed!). Not suitable for nit-pickers. Respect the neighbours. Do not make noise! Smoking is allowed (but you won't smell smoke from the previous guests due to crossing windows).

I transformed this '19th century hay attic' on the second floor into a comfortable home (My 12 year old son and I live here). It is very light and spacious. The neighbourhood is filled with delis, bars and restaurants. Rijks, Stedelijk, van Gogh museum and the canals are around the corner. So are bike rentals, canal cruises, Paradiso and Concertgebouw. It is my home and studio (I am a designer), when I am travelling, I AirBnB it.
