Vacation rentals with a patio in Government of Amsterdam

Rosalie was friendly and very responsive, she gave us clear directions of how to get to her place. Her home is exactly like the photos, very clean and modern aesthetic. The only down side about the apartment is that there was no TV, I’m sure this wouldn’t be a problem during the summer but it was for us when we went in the winter as the weather wasn’t great. Overall I would recommend this place , it had everything we needed and it wasn’t too far from the city centre. It was nice to see a different part of Amsterdam.

Elliot was very generous and he even let me check in early and check out later simply he had the flexibility to do so which was highly appreciated. And the place was also very clean

The communication with Sanmarie and Tiaan was friendly and easy. The two were very helpful and quick to reach at all times. In advance, you should be aware of the parking situation, but unfortunately this is a general problem in Amsterdam. Also, I would like to point out the steep entrance staircase and the four-story staircase typical of the Netherlands. Since people with mobility restrictions would reach their limits here, otherwise this should not be a problem for anyone. Check-in was hassle-free and easy. We were warmly welcomed with a small attention and were immediately delighted with the lovingly furnished apartment. The entire apartment was very clean and we didn't miss anything. Since the two are still young in the Airbnb business and make their private apartment available here, I hope that the next guests will behave as respectfully and grateful as we do!

AMAZING week long stay!! Home is beautiful and in great location to walk to everything we needed. 15 min walk from Amsterdam central train station, lots of canals, cafes, & bikes!! Anne Frank House close. Perfect spot to enjoy King’s Day!!! Home is just as described, clean, had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations!!

Ed and Elise did a wondering of communicating throughout our visit to ensure we had a smooth stay. The home was wonderful and appointed perfectly for our family of 3. The second bedroom bed was a fold out futon so it was ok for a teenager. The main bed was comfortable. The downstairs is so comfortable you almost don’t want to leave. And I enjoyed a coffee outside every morning. There were excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. And the trams/buses are all very accessible (4 minute walk). Lovely home, hosts, and neighborhood!

We stayed in Emma's place for 11 days and hated to leave! Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the garden, the modern conveniences (washer and dryer, espresso maker, Sonos, etc.) and loved the private garden. Emma was a great host. The instructions were thorough and clear and had recommendations for Amsterdam and the area. We knew this neighborhood next to the Vondelpark, with great shops and restaurants, but away from the overcrowded tourist areas. It was perfect for us!

We had a wonderful time at Anthony’s apartment. The location is fantastic - very walkable to many attractions and restaurants but on a peaceful and quiet street. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was nice and dark - great for jet lag. We didn’t make use of the kitchen or outdoor space, but that was nice as well. Anthony and Zino were very responsive and gave lots of good suggestions for local restaurants and cafes. We would absolutely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at Paul and dafnas place, lots of cooking equipment for all types of cooking. Lovely garden and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely stay again in the future if available!

Dear Noortje and family ...also when we didn't meet in person - it was wonderful to be able to stay at Rina's house - just perfect! We would have liked to stay two more nights - there would still be a lot to discover in Amsterdam... and the small cozy house is so relaxing after the many people and the hustle and bustle in the city. We loved staying in Elske’s place! It was in a great area and she gave us great recs about places to eat and things to do! We didn’t remember that there was a washing machine so that was a nice bonus to have clean clothes. She was very accommodating and quick to respond. It felt very spacious because it was well organized and uncluttered! Thanks for a great stay!

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

Roeland is a great host. His place is sparkling clean, well modern furnished. It has all amenities you need, not to mention the private parking in front of your door, so convenient! I will definitely book again. Highly recommended!

We had a great Stay in Florentijn's place in Amsterdam. The location is perfect as it is in a very nice part of Amsterdam (De Pijp) with many Restaurants and Shops, but still secluded and quiet during the nights. As it is connected via Metro in only three stations to the Central Station you can be in the city center in only 15 min but also other highlights in Amsterdam are ease to reach. The flat is small but has everything you need. We traveled as family with two kids (9 & 6y old) and everything worked out great. Florentijn answered all our questions super quickly and also helped us with questions to parking and public transportation. As we traveled on the Easter weekend, accommodation prices were high everywhere and the city was even fuller with tourists than normal. If you can avoid these peak times even better, but we still managed everything we wanted to do and had a wonderful family weekend.

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

Great apartment, really convenient to get into the city centre by tram. The only downside was no curtains or blinds in the living room for the evenings. Hosts quick to respond and helpful. The key safe could be a bit tricky to spot if you arrive in the dark as it's on the other side of the road and was behind a couple of bikes when we were there!
