Sustainable family home free parking garden+swings

Welcome! We rent out our lovely family home with a garden and free parking to preferably a family or a couple. Our house is a characteristic, totally renovated sustainable house. It is situated in a calm area but at the same time close to the city centre. You can enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and relax in our recently renovated house. We do not use natural gas, everything in our home is based on (green) electricity. You have full and private access to the house during your stay!

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

This original cozy house is located on the Zieseniskade and the famous Spiegelgracht. The house is furnished with all typical Amsterdam attributes, such as Heineken works of art that can be purchased 5 minutes away at the Heineken brewery. It is a 1-minute walk to Leidseplein and Rijksmuseum. The best time to visit Amsterdam is around Christmas the Canals in front of the house will be christmas Themed with stunning lights and trees every where, just like in the movies.

In the evening, it is wonderfully quiet and you can eat cozy in the garden with evening sun. In the garden, there is the home office with 2 luxurious workplaces, where you can work perfectly remotely. There is a bike rental around the corner, to easily move around the city.

Situated in a calm residential area in the center of Amsterdam around the corner of the Museum plein this apartment is located along the beautiful canals to which Amsterdam owes its fame, among other things The apartment will feel like a home. You will find many personal details, objects and paintings that I collected over the years. I’m an interior designer and lighting specialist my house is a never ending project that I love to tweak and twist.

The apartment is located in a quiet street with the bedroom in the back of the apartment for a good night sleep. Further more a a separate tv room and office are to relax or work. Come and stay in our beautifully decorated ground floor apartment (with garden!) in West Amsterdam, only 10 min from city centre! Bike rental and the tram are all just around the corner (3 min walk). 10 min to city centre by bike or tram, but I reccomend you to also discover West Amsterdam: Vondelpark, the Foodhallen, Ten Kate Market and the JP Heijestraat with lots of great places to eat and shop!

In deze gezinswoning kun je heerlijk rustig verblijven met jonge kinderen. Je kunt er spelen in de tuin, buiten genieten van de BBQ of lekker even ontspannen na een dagje in de stad. De woning ligt op 20 minuten fietsen van centraal station en met 5 minuten fietsen ben je in de weilanden aan het genieten van de natuur.

Gehele gezinswoning aan de rand van de stad. De metro is op 10 min loopafstand en in 20 min sta je op centraal station. Parkeren kun je gratis voor de deur. Ik woon er zelf en verhuur alleen als ik op reis ben dus ik zoek gasten die de ruimte respecteren
