Geweldig luxe gezinshuis aan de rand van het Ijsselmeer en onder de rook van Amsterdam. Met een eigen steiger, kano en hottub. In Uitdam is het elke dag vakantie. Kanoën, zwemmen, varen, surfen of suppen vanaf je eigen steiger in het pittoreske Waterland. Het huis is in 2021 volledig gerenoveerd. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je een prachtig vrij uitzicht over het water. Het huis staat direct aan de dijk zonder weg of fietspad tussen jou en het meer. Eigen vervoer is sterk aan te raden.

This home is a lovely family house in a quiet residential area. It is mostly suitable for a family, as mainly families live around here. It has lovely private gardens, both in the back and in the front of the house, and is just an ideal place to get some rest after visiting all the lovely things Amsterdam has to offer. On top of this all, it is literally around the corner from the city beach, where you can relax and dine in style, with a beautifull view over the local pond.

Historic luxury renovated 130 m2 sailing ship from 1890 for combi sailing/sleeping. Moored nearby the city centre of Amsterdam in a quit harbor with nice restaurants, and bars. Around the corner is a big supermarket and a beach with watersport facilities. On board are 4 sleeping area's for 14 persons. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is a complete kitchen, large living and dinning area and an outside area with beautiful lake views. For families, couples or groups.

You can find our very nice familyhome in one of the most beautiful areas of Amsterdam. In front of our house you will find a beautiful city lake, park and a little beach which is absolutely great in summer! The tram stops around the corner and takes you to the city centre within only 15 minutes. We live in a child friendly neighbourhood with a lots of activities you can undertake. Haarlem and Zandvoort are very close and easily reachable with public transport.

Beautiful vacation home in a beautiful location on the water, and yet only 15 minutes from Amsterdam. It is part of our own home, but is an independent residential unit, has beautiful views, both in front of the water, and behind the garden. It is located on a very quiet road where there are about 20 other detached houses. The river Vecht is wonderful for swimming, clean clear water, and of course for sailing. There is a small rowboat and 2 canoes.
