In principal it is equipped for two people, though optionally it could sleep four.

It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
