Parking space for bicycles, parking at the house. The shores of Lake Constance, lawn and garden restaurant directly on the lake only about 400 m away, about 900 m to Fischbach train station, about 6.5 km to the trade fair. Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

You will spend your stay in a colorful and cozy apartment, which has a private entrance. On the 20 sqm covered terrace with lounge in front of the apartment, you can enjoy the view of the garden, barbecue, eat or simply relax. The approximately 54 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of our 2-family house. All windows of the apartment are equipped with fly screens. Free parking is available.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

Unser Apartmenthaus Scapaflow bietet unseren Gästen - 7 voll ausgestattete Unterkünfte in versch. Größen. Das Haus ist ein Neubau und 2019 eröffnet worden. Das Haus ist ca. 500 Meter von der Messe Friedrichshafen und ca. 3 km von der Stadtmitte Friedrichshafen entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt in nur 100 Meter Entfernung.
