We look forward to seeing guests in our cozy apartment. The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Apartment to relax... small but nice

A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

Cozy Apartment in the attic with separate entrance and stairwell, with clean bathroom, Tinykitchen and a balcony overlooking Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee on the balcony and feel like you are on a retreat. A small kitchenette is located outside the room on the hallway area. Private parking in front of the house, also space for caravans and campers. We rent the room on a weeky basis.
