The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

The bus stop (towards Friedrichshafen and Constance) as well as the train station in Fischbach are also within walking distance. With private parking space, lockable bicycle basement and air conditioning.

The approx. 70 square meter 3-room apartment is located in the attic of our single-family home. It is accessible via an external staircase. It is located in a very quiet residential area, in a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of Tettnang. The city center is about 2.5 km away.
