Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. With space for up to 15 people on an area of about 280 m², our house offers the perfect setting for unforgettable family vacations on Lake Constance. The heart of our property is the spacious garden, which invites you to linger and relax on 1600 square meters. Here you can barbecue together, sit by the campfire or simply enjoy nature while your children play boisterously.

Entire accommodation with lake and mountain views about 40 sqm with kitchen, bathroom and separate entrance, parking directly at the apartment, beautiful garden and about 15 minutes' walk to Lake Constance, small supermarket, bakery and restaurants within walking distance, very good trade fair connection. Apartment Tourist tax is billed separately. It is 2.50 euros per person. We speak German, English, French and a little Spanish and Polish.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
