The apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, separated only by the street and a row of houses from Lake Constance. It was completely renovated in 2019. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a balcony and a second is located directly in the living room. The spacious living/dining/cooking area impresses with the most modern equipment, both visually and technically. In addition to the spacious shower bath with toilet, there is a separate toilet.

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Apartment to relax... small but nice

A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.
