We look forward to seeing guests in our cozy apartment. The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. Sauna available from November to April, use upon request. Quiet, central location near the lake and old town. Baby cot available on request.

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Newly renovated apartment in a central and quiet location of Friedrichshafen, approx. 300 meters to Lake Constance, 5 minutes' walk to the old town, bus station, train, ferry, restaurants and shopping. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds and is suitable for 4 people. Guest Wi-Fi and bicycle parking are also available. Another apartment for 2-3 guests is located in the attic and can also be booked via this portal.

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am wunderschönen Uferpark und der belebten Promenade. Sie befindet sich in idealer Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, direkt am Bodenseeradweg. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage.

Das Haus ist ca. 500 Meter von der Messe Friedrichshafen und ca. 3 km von der Stadtmitte Friedrichshafen entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt in nur 100 Meter Entfernung.
