The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland of the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen." For 5 years we are successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people who would have liked to have booked our whole house. That's why we decided to make our entire house nice guests available from Easter 22.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau am Bodensee only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A wood-burning stove, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor whirlpool with a continuous 36° C provide relaxation in any weather. Bicycles are welcome to stay with us in garage.
