Tiny house vacation rentals in Florida

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Dennis and Debra were excellent hosts. The little cottage was so cute and my dogs and I felt right at home. I had a chance to meet Dennis and he was very friendly and attentive. The location is great and near restaurants, a grocery store and Homosassa Springs State Park. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

This was the perfect amount of space for us, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location and privacy very much.

Had a great stay at Ruth's place while I explored the Daytona Beach area for a few days. This was the perfect home base for my travels, good amount of space, and a private and quiet spot. I would absolutely come stay again.

This is the perfect location for us, we have a small flats boat and there’s great fishing in the area. The weather was not great but were able to find areas to fish sheltered from the wind. When not fishing, hanging out on the dock with Princess, watching the manatees and having a cold drink was absolute paradise. Penny is very responsive and was available anytime needed. This was our second time staying at this location and already talking about booking a longer stay next year.

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we got to the house- delicious cookies were made for us when we arrived- to the moment we left- very easy checkout. Vicki was responsive to any questions we had. Vicki truly thought of everything. My sister and I were in such a rush to get to Florida- traveling from Tennessee- that we forgot beach towels and a beach bag. It was a lifesaver that those were provided for use at the house. I could not recommend this home enough. I hope to visit again.

2 minute walk to the beach! She had everything we needed for our beach day. Perfect and quaint location for a weekend with my husband. Would stay here again!

Very pretty, individually furnished house with a wonderful garden. Dianne also has all the necessary equipment for a great day at one of the most beautiful beaches nearby.

This place was absolutely adorable for a couples weekend getaway. Lots of privacy and it was hard to choose if we wanted to spend our time indoors or out. The patio area was a whole vibe with all the pristine gardening all around everywhere and the soaking pool. There was a huge outdoor shower which was a very nice addition. Overall great place to stay at for a relaxing getaway. 1000/10 would stay again.

Monica’s Casa Azul is a cozy, quiet place with bright, cheerful interior and a nice private outdoor area.

This was an amazing stay! The Bear Necessities cabin was cozy and perfect. Our hosts were wonderful. We kayaked from our river access and it was absolutely beautiful, but we also started on the other end and came from rainbow, both experiences great in their own way. Highly recommend this location.

This little home was great for my Fiancé & I for 5 days. The host were very kind & super quick to respond to messages. We appreciated how clean & comfortable everything was as well!! The photos definitely do this little home justice, it’s just as described and looks exactly like the photos. Our favorite part about it was how big the shower was, and the fact there are 2 air conditioners in the house to make sure it’s kept cool downstairs, and up in the loft where you sleep. Thanks so much for sharing with us, we will be back!😊

I loved this place. I found so much to do in the immediate area, easy to bike or walk to taco spot, yoga studio, historic lighthouse, etc. while being on a street that was placid and pretty quiet. The location on Anastasia Island is ideal for being able to bicycle with ease over the bridge into downtown St. Augustine. Best of both worlds. As far as the place itself, it's really one simple room (plus bathroom), nice and tidy with great little funky interior dec touches. Cool interior skylights give the place great light and good vibes. Private entrance is well-designed at the rear of the proper. Saw the host one time out front, super friendly and gave me an extra rec about biking in Guana Nature Preserve, which was gorgeous. Recommended. Love it!

We stayed at the tiny house and traveled the quick 20 minutes to Pensacola Beach to play and have dinner. This home is fantastic and in a beautiful area where you can see Carpenter Creek and boats through the homes on the alternate side of the road. The home is right behind the hosts home but has a private drive, private gated area with a gate, and is super easy to access. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic. Loved the peacocks. Thoughtful gift. Beautiful view.

Shanti is the ultimate host and the Conch Cabana has everything from a comfortable bed, outside shower, bidet, makeup remover and an outside fire pit. Nothing was missing and everything was there for our enjoyment and relaxation. We already booked our return ;).

Great stay! My kids loved the tiny cabin and farm animals. Would love to stay again.

If you're looking for serenity, this is the place to go in Key West! It takes a little planning especially if you're staying more than one night as far what food to bring, how to keep water and drinks cold etc... Highly recommend buying a small cooler with a slab of dry ice at the local Publix, then putting all your cold stuff in the RTIC cooler that's in the suite. Definitely use Ship to Shore for transporting out to the Tiki as they as also service the Tiki, provide a discount to guests staying on the Tiki and can give recommendations on where to paddleboard to see the best maritime creatures! It's a once in a lifetime experience!

My fiancee, Ana, and I love spending time outdoors and roughing it here and there, so we had the pleasure of staying at Debbie's and Bill's property where the A-frame hobbit house was. We enjoyed a wonderful evening out in nature as we grilled our dinner with the firewood that was available and then enjoyed the fire pit, all of which was in the small picnic area next to the hobbit house. We were even visited by their beautiful dogs, which they do state in their description, and loved having their company as well. :-) The hobbit house was comfy and cozy, especially with an AC unit inside, and the outdoor bathroom and shower were very clean. The experience was very similar to a previous stay at a geodesic dome in Georgia, so we enjoyed it very much. Debbie and Bill were also very hospitable and communicative throughout our entire stay. If you have any questions, ask and they will gladly respond quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great time staying here. The lake is beautiful and the water is great to swim in! Dave was super friendly and the tiny house was super nice. Highly recommend!

great experience! the cabin is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, the surrounding area is extremely peaceful, and the restaurants (somewhat) nearby were amazing. angela was super responsive for any questions i had and we had a great time. great for stargazing, and we met a cute little cat! the property does use well water, so i recommend going to the nearby dollar general and just getting a few gallons for drinking, but the cabin was truly great. super comfortable and a great view !!

We loved it there!! it was close to everything we wanted to do and we could walk to the restaurant which had great food and entertainment!!: Loved the outdoor area with the multiple decks, rocking chairs, and a fire pit!!
